In general, my grandson and I liked the performance. But it was a sunny day, the sun was shining behind us and it was in the way, it was hard to see a seal or a sea lion and of course the trainers. I think the glass can be made with darkening from sunlight. Everything that was being told echoed and my grandson asked me what they were talking about, but because of the very loud music it was impossible to say anything. The seat is very uncomfortable for me because it is very low. Only for kids. It takes a lot of time to enter along with the distribution of rings, for the subsequent prize draw. My grandson and I liked dolphins the most, it's a pity that the performance itself is very short in time. I want more. But we are happy with that too. Thanks to everyone who organized such a performance, it's not an easy job!

Three stars only for the charm of marine life.
At the very beginning, taking 15-20 minutes of time, they sell rings, which can be thrown into the pool after the performance. Whose ring the dolphin chooses wins one of several prizes. But why can't this point be moved to the end of the presentation? Why is there such disrespect for all the viewers?
The girl entertainer is absolutely not needed for the performance. It gives out well-known facts, then information from Wikipedia about dolphins. Her voice was buzzing in my head all day, so unpleasant, loud. In general, all the time either the music is screaming or the girl is broadcasting, you don't know which is worse.
The whole performance looks like an amateur performance because of the above facts. Very sorry.

I was there for the first time in 2022, sometime in April. The session at 15:00 was occupied by all the people at 14:50 and everyone was waiting for the start until 15:20. The show immediately began with collecting money to participate in a competition where at the end of the performance you are given a ring, you throw it into the pool and the dolphin must choose a ring if yours, then you win a prize. The competition is fair and the prizes are decent, but it's not right to start collecting participants BEFORE the performance begins! After the performance, I would have participated 99%, but I was not given a chance to participate since the participants were chosen at the very beginning!
It is clear that the maintenance of dolphins and fur seals is not cheap and funds are needed, but when photographing with a dolphin for 25p and at the same time they are absolutely not allowed to touch it (interesting what they feel like). To bring a child who really wants to touch but is not allowed to will be very insulting!
According to the performance, everything is very good, the program is very interesting!

The tone and intonation of the host of the show are just terrible, she talks like a magazine seller on trains from the 90s. I wanted her to shut up and leave our carriage. Can't the employees themselves hear and tell her?

We are visitors, which we warned the cashier about, and asked for tickets to places where everything is clearly visible. We received a reply that we are selling everything in order. It is necessary to bring the children together once. Children under the age of 10 will be very interested. A great opportunity to spend time with your family. After the water performance, you can take pictures of children with dolphins, but they will not let you touch the dolphin because of sanitary reasons. Then you can take a walk and get to know the animals at the zoo. Everything is included in the ticket price.
