Terrible service and staff. The administrator does not know how to communicate with people, misinformed and was rude. Every morning when the receptionist calls, it's ruined. This man manages to be rude even in the simplest matters. Gynecologist Anna Nikolaevna is an excellent doctor, but the constant familiarity of the administrator really strains and inclines to abandon this clinic. I rarely leave negative reviews, but it is simply impossible to remain silent here

It was in this center that I found my doctor, Anna Nikolaevna Popova. A delicate, careful, competent specialist. I can't imagine what could make me go to an appointment with another doctor instead of her. I have been observing here for more than eight years. I apply mainly for gynecology issues, but I also had an appointment with a dermatologist, did an ultrasound (thyroid, OMT, mammary glands, OBP). I liked everything. It is very convenient that all the necessary analyses for their profiles in the center are done in their laboratory, they are not sent anywhere else. The prices are very affordable compared to other private clinics. I am very satisfied with the service, I can without a doubt recommend this center.

Rude administrator, does not know how to communicate and work with people. It's not enough that I signed up for an analysis in a day. I was told to come from 11 to 12 at any time. I came and waited for an hour, while people who came after me were allowed to pass without a queue, because they were "by appointment". OK, and I was passing by, it turns out. Moreover, one laboratory assistant works, which the poor was torn out for 5 minutes outside the work shift. She's sitting on a break working. In general, the administrator started yelling at almost the entire medical center, has no sense of tact, no respect for the clinic's clients. I got the impression that I was not in a paid clinic, but in a state department polyclinic.

I reached him myself because I live nearby.the receptionist chatted with her friend on the phone condemning the meeting place. I stood in front of her and waited for them to finally agree, and only after I said that she was actually at work, with a dissatisfied face, they paid attention to me. So people do not reach the doctors, and the center misses the profit.

A good clinic! Nice prices! The receptionist, doctors and nurses are very polite and friendly! They treat you not as a client, but as their best friend!!!! The only thing is, there is a doctor, well, this is purely my experience with him, while he worked in 17 gynecology, he is very incompetent. I know the people he arranged, but personally he put me 7.5 months pregnant (just by looking and without tests) uterine cancer, which was later not confirmed! But he told me that after looking me in the eye! There was a lot of stress, but fortunately everything went well, although it was left to save after his "diagnosis".I'm sorry, but this is no longer a doctor for me! Last name is Hare.

No one took the scraping, although the administrator who advises said that everything is there and they do it right on the spot. But the funny thing is that after asking what I was treated with these days, she prescribed the same thing for me))it turns out that the pharmacist at the pharmacy, to whom I turned for medicines the other day, knows better than a dermatologist...

I have been working at this medical center for 10 years. And the only ADVANTAGE of this institution is Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Duda. He is very professional in his field, but it's a pity that he only receives for 2 hours and only on Fridays. And why one star??? Because I was disappointed in my last visit a week ago, when I got to Karpovich Vasily Vasilyevich for a pelvic ultrasound. After asking him to explain the ultrasound study to me and give me some recommendations, he told me in response that I had come only for an ultrasound and no more. I'm shocked!! There is no such service in any medical center. Therefore, I will not return to Neovit anymore.
