A regular customer of the new balance brand. There is always a great selection in this store with my size 45. There have never been any complaints about the sellers!

The service staff was terrible, they greeted each of the other stores and offered sizes/shoes. The seller was not in place, nothing was offered with the dimensions. I believe that the seller is used to people coming and not buying anything, so he does not consider it necessary to do his job. I think that for a store where the average price for shoes is 700-800 rubles, this kind of customer orientation is just a laugh.. The desire to buy shoes is gone

A good monochrome New Balance store.
Polite staff, good assortment, owners often come... but the prices are just tin and this is not the usual whining about dorag. There is no price tin compared to the whole world. Recently I was in Warsaw and bought a favorite in the center at the New Balance brand store for 57 euros (574 model) this is in significant contrast to 220 euros for the same model with us. photos are attached. In the photo, the prices in gold are 4.75 to euro. I agree that sneakers for sale = argument. But they cost 85 euros before the sale, which is still 3 times lower than the price in Belarus. In fact, the owners of the New Balance franchise took advantage of monopolies and simply gave out (sued) all competitors with cheaper prices and set not world prices, but at their discretion. For the price of sneakers in Belarus, you can go to Warsaw and back on a comfortable bus, rent a room at the intercontinental in the center, have breakfast in the hotel restaurant to the sound of a harp with champagne, buy the same sneakers and go back!

Sneakers are very wearable. But! There is a blonde woman working in the Castle shopping center, a salesman. With such rudeness and arrogant look that you just don't even want to go in there.

Terrible customer orientation. 02/19/2023 We came to try on sneakers, asking for the size we needed, the consultant refused to help us, saying "look for yourself, I don't take measurements." Later, we still asked to bring us a size 45, to which the consultant brought the box with displeasure and rudely delivered it to us. There was no desire to measure anything further. They neither greeted us nor said goodbye, they did not find out how we liked the sneaker model and size.
