A bouquet was ordered for March 8.The time is, of course, a holiday.But nothing would have happened, the courier brought a bouquet, at first glance very stylish and beautiful (from 5 roses, eustoma and decor), but on the 2nd day the rose heads were lowered down and crumbled altogether, the decor and eustoma remained.
I do not recommend ordering flowers from them, not fresh flowers and money is not small.

The store is not big, of course, but at the same time there is a huge selection of colors, different colors, a huge refrigerator and flowers are stored in it. The most interesting thing is that there are teddy bears there, which are not very expensive, unlike the prices in the city, which also made me very happy. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality.The price is average, there are even auction positions, which is good news.I went around the whole area today and all the flower shops in the area - the only store that left me satisfied. I would like to mention the work of an employee who is a very courteous and pleasant girl, very competent and professionally suited to work.I live in Minsk myself and when I come here I can never find a decent flower so that the choice, service and prices are pleasing, now I have found it ☺️

We ordered a bouquet of chrysanthemums at the end of August, we live in Moscow, all relatives and friends are in Vitebsk, so flower delivery is the most important thing for us. The order was for 10 a.m., it was delivered at 9, but that's okay. Grandma took off the wrapping paper and two flowers crumbled completely, the other three flowers stood for 2 days. It is very insulting and unpleasant that an elderly person was treated like this! And with us, since we couldn't come and choose a bouquet! Shame on you! We will never order or advise anyone again, on the contrary, we will dissuade everyone from ordering flowers from you, if you can call it that! Thank you for spoiling the holiday!
