This hellhole is the headache of the whole neighborhood. In summer, the windows can't be opened at night- the music screams until the morning, and in the morning drunk and stoned regulars crawl out of this sick room. They've already fired there, and grenades were blown up, but it's clear that the authorities were heavily greased - it still works... Oh, Europe...
