Very poor service and personal hostility of employees to customers. When I asked which sneakers were available in size 41, they told me I had no idea what they were, I wasn't going to go down to the warehouse to look at every model in your size. I say, I've already been to two of your other stores in Yerevan and they always showed me exactly what size I have, for clarification, I have a rare 41 size. She replied, actually, we have two Nikes in the city and laughed. I say three and she argued and couldn't close her mouth, as she should. I've also been working in sales all my life, and I'm shocked that such a lack of professionalism and brazen service exists.
Another saleswoman came out and also talked rudely. I asked them to communicate more politely, to which they replied you're just angry that your size isn't there..

It is expensive, there are rarely discounts, and even then, only for the most unpopular models and sizes, the quality is questionable, like official, but it smells strongly of imports from China or neighboring countries, a small assortment and a number of popular sizes. It is not aimed at the average buyer.
