Excellent center, prices are not low, but the service is excellent. Everything is clean, neat, and high-quality. The staff is very polite. The same doctors from the 1st clinical hospital in this center change beyond recognition and receive patients very carefully and sympathetically. The Nordin Center is an opportunity to receive high-quality medical care for children and adults without queues and long waiting for an appointment. Over the years, my family and I have been periodically contacting the center's specialists on various issues. This time, my husband had an urgent need to see a cardiologist - on Friday evening we were able to make an appointment for Saturday, and we received advice from an excellent cardiologist-arrhythmologist Olga Kozich Yurievna. Many thanks to Olga Yurievna for the attentive attitude, high professionalism and psycho-therapeutic effect on the patient, which, without a doubt, had no less effect than drug treatment. The prescribed medications helped, and my husband felt much better tomorrow. It should be noted that the staff of the center is always attentive and polite and the prices for services are quite affordable, especially given the high level of quality of medical care.

I asked you to tell me at least what my diagnosis is, how to be treated. Rolling his eyes, he said, "You probably don't understand speech," and very reluctantly announced the diagnosis, which pills to take and which doctor to go to next. Teach your employees how to communicate with customers! I've been here so many times with different specialists, but this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible attitude! We were recorded with the child on 12/18/2024 at 18:30 to Mirutko D. D., and it so happened that we were late, which I warned with a call 15 minutes before the reception. However, we were not 5-7 minutes late, as I said, but 17. At the reception, I announced to the senior administrator that I understood that we might not be accepted, and this would be completely fair. But! The administrator called the doctor's office and began to ask to be admitted (on her own initiative, but there are no questions for her), after a couple of persuasions, she still begged the doctor and we ran to the office 20 minutes late. When I came in, I apologized for being so late, but I came across outright rudeness in response. You probably have an audio recording in your offices and you can study our entire 30-second reception on your own. But I think that the answer is "not well, it's not at all! We are also so late!" with an arrogant disdainful look in a PRIVATE center is unacceptable. I understand that after us, people also want to see a doctor for an appointment and I was ready to make an appointment for another day, which I told the doctor about, but the doctor and the nurse started scolding me for being late, like at school. After another "Sit down, let's hurry up", when I was just about to say why we came at all, the nurse, without letting me say a word, informed the doctor that the following patients had arrived. After that, I heard "Overwrite" and at 18:50 we left the office. The doctor has 30 minutes for an appointment, so why did my doctor take another person for 10 minutes without even knowing what question I had? And then why did we even agree to receive late people if we didn't mind signing up for another time? To be rude? You charge normal money for consultation, but you do not provide the proper level of services. Once again, I am convinced that young specialists are much more competent and adequate, they are constantly trained and at least wear some kind of identifying clothing of a medical worker, and not trousers with a jacket. So, Dmitry, our age difference, all your diplomas, categories and qualifications do not give you the right to behave like in the market. If I wanted to listen to rudeness, I would go to the state polyclinic. In other centers, an appointment with such specialists takes a month, but you can get an appointment in 3-5 days, now it's clear why.

Excellent medical center. If necessary, you can always make an appointment with any specialist, if a therapist / ENT, then most often you can do it day in and day out. Doctors are different, more often good, but sometimes not so good. The organization of processes is like everywhere else - on average, it is definitely faster than in a polyclinic, but anything happens.

I had surgery on a varicocele, a terrible experience. Firstly, a relapse immediately occurred, in which there was pain, they kept me on sick leave for 7 days and said goodbye. The stitches were somehow removed, but at home I took out some threads myself. The state polyclinic barely opened a hospital because it was closed "for work". As a result, they were sent to the hospital, inflammation was detected there, and I spent a month on sick leave at the state polyclinic. And I could have started working as an electrician with pain, if not for the doctors of the state polyclinic. I'm not happy at all, I still have pain, I just spent the money. In addition, the doctor did not put a seal and did not issue a PO at work, I had to go again, the doctor was on vacation, received the money only a few days later.

I've been to the doctors twice. Ultrasound and oncologist (160p admission). The ultrasound technician lost what she was looking for on the ultrasound and vaguely explained. And the doctor who was supposed to explain, in 7 minutes for 160 rubles of admission, simply prescribed medications without explaining anything, and he didn't even ask about the tests. On the X-ray they regularly "do not see" serious things, for example, bronchitis, they write everything is fine (other specialists see acute bronchitis in the same picture), they do not see the fracture either.
