As for the houses, I can say one thing. Externally, the courtyards are beautiful and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I wasn't inside. But it's beautiful outside. We came to the park with our family. It was very cool done. The lighting is almost everywhere, the playground is just chic. I would love to play there myself. The food court is also open during the cold season. There are enough stalls where you can have a snack. And there's a cool place with heating where you can keep warm. I was very pleased with the roundhouse where Santa Claus and the snow Maiden live. The new area, the new park is well equipped, the child was happy to walk there. I often drive there and stop by to see how new houses are growing, I really like their construction! Houses are being built, roads are being laid, I have already read that a bus was launched! Good layouts, I like that there are 4 to 6 apartments on the floor, there are washing machines, strollers and a storage room is also attached to each apartment. Closed territory! Today I visited both the construction site of the Northern Shore and the finished house in a 3-room apartment with finishing. The quality of the repairs is quite good, but even to me, as a non-specialist, some of the finishing work seemed incomplete or not done well enough. The estimated repair cost of about 400 euros per square meter seemed to me somewhat excessive for this quality and filling. I repeat, this is a finished apartment for viewing, where, in theory, it should have been done perfectly. The drywall ceiling consumes about 10 cm out of 270, with stretch ceilings you can make minus 5 cm. I still really liked the built-in kitchen, dressing rooms, fully finished 3 bathrooms, an entrance group and floor-to-ceiling windows. With an inspection of the apartment, that's it. But going down in the Fuji elevator, I couldn't help but pay attention to the execution of the first floor of the house, which is dedicated to the needs of the residents of the house: the presence of a small convenient cinema, a separate room for cooking and meeting guests for 20 people, a meeting room, a private sauna, a children's space, a small cafeteria, several common bathrooms.
Maybe I missed something. It is positioned that for the first year it will be free to study demand, and in the future each of the premises can be booked online and used if necessary for the residents of the house.
The only disadvantage of visiting an office directly in a residential area is the very long wait for a specialist who could show and tell all this. Although, I would not say that there was an influx of people who wanted to inspect the finished renovation.
