As for the houses, I can say one thing. Externally, the courtyards are beautiful and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I wasn't inside. But it's beautiful outside. We came to the park with our family. It was very cool done. The lighting is almost everywhere, the playground is just chic. I would love to play there myself. The food court is also open during the cold season. There are enough stalls where you can have a snack. And there's a cool place with heating where you can keep warm. I was very pleased with the roundhouse where Santa Claus and the snow Maiden live. The new area, the new park is well equipped, the child was happy to walk there. I often drive there and stop by to see how new houses are growing, I really like their construction! Houses are being built, roads are being laid, I have already read that a bus was launched! Good layouts, I like that there are 4 to 6 apartments on the floor, there are washing machines, strollers and a storage room is also attached to each apartment. Closed territory! Today I visited both the construction site of the Northern Shore and the finished house in a 3-room apartment with finishing. The quality of the repairs is quite good, but even to me, as a non-specialist, some of the finishing work seemed incomplete or not done well enough. The estimated repair cost of about 400 euros per square meter seemed to me somewhat excessive for this quality and filling. I repeat, this is a finished apartment for viewing, where, in theory, it should have been done perfectly. The drywall ceiling consumes about 10 cm out of 270, with stretch ceilings you can make minus 5 cm. I still really liked the built-in kitchen, dressing rooms, fully finished 3 bathrooms, an entrance group and floor-to-ceiling windows. With an inspection of the apartment, that's it. But going down in the Fuji elevator, I couldn't help but pay attention to the execution of the first floor of the house, which is dedicated to the needs of the residents of the house: the presence of a small convenient cinema, a separate room for cooking and meeting guests for 20 people, a meeting room, a private sauna, a children's space, a small cafeteria, several common bathrooms.
Maybe I missed something. It is positioned that for the first year it will be free to study demand, and in the future each of the premises can be booked online and used if necessary for the residents of the house.
The only disadvantage of visiting an office directly in a residential area is the very long wait for a specialist who could show and tell all this. Although, I would not say that there was an influx of people who wanted to inspect the finished renovation.

In short, if you dreamed of living near the water, but are not ready to move to the yacht "North Shore" is a great option. And it's nice to live, and it's not far to cast a fishing rod. All that remains is to figure out how to name our future apartment, either "Bay of Hope" or "Fish place".

After a banal appeal on 04/03/25 to 115 on the public toilet that TSG serves them and how they write unsubscriptions for a long time, but do nothing, I began to doubt the expediency of the purchase, given that they will also serve my apartment in this way. In short, a public bathroom with hot water, but access to a mixer and taps the hot and cold water pressure is open to everyone. And since the toilet is near the playground, it is interesting for children to look under the sink and turn on the taps. The fact that the pressure of boiling water becomes such that it splashes out of the washbasin directly into the child's face or he scalds his hands, as it turned out in practice, no one in the management and service company cares. The letter was received by TSG on 04/04/25, and until 04/16/25, the entire head of the Housing and Communal Services department of the Northern Shore carried out work on setting the temperature and pressure in the mixers of the entire fleet. But for some reason I forgot the main thing - to prevent the subsequent occurrence of such situations. When I returned to Minsk on 04/18/25, I checked, maybe they just didn't write that access was restricted or the faucet adjustment knob was unscrewed. This would solve the problem at no cost and in the shortest possible time. Therefore, I decided to contact where else it was open. But it turned out that even at the resort wellness center, the pretty girl at the reception first said that “the maintenance of bathrooms and the safety of children did not concern her,” to which I asked her to simply convey information about the problem to the management and asked to resolve the issue as soon as possible, because this is the health of citizens, residents and children. 04/20/25 driving by, I stopped by their sales office, which is open at Easter. He briefly described the problem, but they started telling me again about “our hut is on the edge and we are only selling.” When I started talking to other clients about not wanting to buy an apartment anymore, because the management company does not comply with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, namely, there are obvious violations of the standards of maintenance of public facilities in terms of ensuring the safety of citizens' health. And managers are personally responsible for this, which is explicitly stated in Decree No. 5 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 15, 2014, with additions and amendments. Unfortunately, I was not heard, I was first offered to wait until they thought about who from the management would deign to meet with me and when, none of the employees wanted to take responsibility. A minute later, an employee of the sales office came up and started talking to me, as if I were her husband, son, or owed money. After such rudeness, I stopped communicating and wished them good luck in business. I don't want to bring it to a situation where all that remains is to write to the presidential administration about non-compliance with its legislative acts. I'm afraid that then, among other things, conscientious employees of the company may suffer. I'll try to contact the management on a weekday through my own channels, but if the management is equally inadequate, then I'll have to contact the KGC and the Presidential secretariat.
