В моем случае компетентность помощников очень подвела. По тел я объяснила что мне требуется доверенность для кадастровиков, от кого и на кого. Мне собрать всех участников и приехать в один день было весьма непросто, и когда приехали, сотрудники мялись, и т.к. главный нотариус отсутствовал, сказали, что не будут ничего заверять. Отказали бы сразу - ещё по телефону. Очень обидно за потерянный день, учитывая, что сроки поджимают.
