Хамство. "Тетки" с манией величия, но двух слов связать не могут.
И (!) распечатали наше приложение на бланке чей-то доверенности, где указаны паспортные данные людей, которые, видимо, обращались сюда. Какая халатность! И как им можно доверять работать с важными документам, и быть уверенным в конфиденциальности?

Хорошо посидеть часок другой под буддийские напевы, хотя очереди нет. Сотрудники бегают туда-сюда то в туалет, то покурить не замечая тебя

Возрастная и весьма компетентная. Сама водит джип. Есть две помощницы, но они скорее отпугивают клиентов, чем привлекают. Зато шикарное место возле известного всем учреждения!
