I was there only once, but the impressions were positive. It was possible to make an appointment by phone for only 1 time per week, everything else was busy. I decided to try to come on a first-come, first-served basis (Tuesday, arrived around 11.50 am). As a result, there was no queue at all, only the notary asked to wait in the corridor for 5-7 minutes. Then everything was done for me in 20-25 minutes, despite the fact that they periodically called her, then came to the office, then she went somewhere. The only negative was that the corridor was very, very narrow, but there were practically no people, so it didn't bother in any way.
