The rating is 2 out of 5. They do not warn clients in advance about the main nuances in which the registration of a general power of attorney with a visit to a recumbent (sedentary) notary person at home may not take place.
I signed up for almost a month to issue a general power of attorney with a notary's visit to the house. At the appointed date and time of 12.00 in the notary's office, the notary declares that if it is physically impossible to sign the power of attorney by the person on whose behalf the power of attorney is being issued (the principal), a third person with a passport must be present, who must sign the power of attorney on behalf of the principal. In the absence of a third party, the notary stated that it was impossible to issue a power of attorney. He advised me to re-register for another date (in a month), and the fact that for the second month it will be impossible to receive a pension, arrange social assistance, or other administrative procedures - this does not bother anyone, not to mention that I had to take leave without pay on that day.

P.S. we arrived from the other side of the city - in the factory for 3 days they said you can come by 17.00 pm on Friday on a first-come, first-served basis... and they told us that they would not accept it, because everyone has records.

We issued a power of attorney with a home visit here.Initially, they called and clarified what documents were needed for a power of attorney and the ability to receive a pension for a poorly walking grandmother and, without her presence, issue a pension on a card with her grandmother's surname. As a result, a list of documents were listed that were not actually needed at the meeting, and the power of attorney was drawn up in such a form that, as a result, it is impossible to issue a card using it. For the bank, it is necessary to prescribe specific actions, i.e. opening a card account, receiving a card with a pin code, the notary did not prescribe these phrases, respectively, the power of attorney was issued only for receiving a pension, at the place of residence of the grandmother, we are not competent in this matter, respectively, we hoped that our wishes would be heard and written in the power of attorney as it is necessary, but it turned out that the notary is also incompetent. As a result, the time spent on collecting documents that were located in different parts of the city and were not needed for this power of attorney, the time and fuel spent on visiting the notary and delivering it home and back to the notary office, the time spent on going to the bank, where it was explained that for such manipulations it should be clearly spelled out in words what needs to be opened the account and the card are always issued by notaries, but not in our case, and just thrown away money for a power of attorney, which in fact is not needed, because there is neither time nor opportunity to go to another area and receive a pension for a grandmother, who, by the way, no longer lives there herself. I will never contact this office again, check everything yourself, look for information in advance, what and how it should be prescribed, because the notary may be incompetent and you will waste your time and money, and also shake your nerves.

The good news is that you can pay for services from your phone, they tell you how to make the payment correctly. Here's another time appointment... then it won't matter if your corridor is narrow or not.
