Normal repair, everything is comfortable: there is water and cups in the cooler, sofas for waiting and paper with pencils for children. Notaries sit in their offices, and the secretary is in the center of the room and everyone is invited on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid via EPIP. I was in the queue for 20 minutes, and I solved my question in 10 minutes.
