Poor ventilation, only 2-3 tables were smoking and there was a feeling of a smoking room in the hall. The windows are dirty, it may seem that there is fog outside or the windows are frosted, but alas not. The music does not suit either the institution or the video sequence on the screens. In general, it is uncomfortable. The tea master was rude, harsh, it's not worth working with people.

not very large portions for your money. If you like to eat or are terribly hungry, it's not a fact that you will eat enough. The burger "rip e-blow" is not very huge in size among the restaurants and will not break anything :) From this food or anything else, but my wife and I were poisoned the next morning. The chicken in the beer set smelled strange.
If you want to come and talk with the company in the evening, then it may be worth looking for something else. The live music is loud enough. This is not a minus, just a warning. We liked the performance itself, even though we had to leave.

To be honest, this is the first time I've written a negative review about you. But I think it will be a growth for you, because I would not like the attitude towards my visitors to slide further.
We decided to come on New Year's Eve to relax (however, we have been doing this for more than the 1st year, by the way, everything was Good for 19-20 years). The day before, we were told that after 12 the entrance is 20p. Well, OK, my friends and I came almost at 2.30, the entrance is still for all 20p (as in the neighboring "Factory"). I assumed that maybe you have some kind of rich program provided, well, OK, I think it's not a pity (spoiler - there was only a DJ). So the bill for the "entrance" was immediately brought as soon as we sat down (what is the format of such a payment for the "entrance"? it was as unpleasant and strange as possible, and even in NG). Well, OK, somehow we scored and started to rest. It seems more or less, the waiter worked well, the dishes were cleaned quickly. The hookah was also not bad this time.
At the same time, hookahs either do not have time, or what, but they rarely change the coals, they are interested in the condition of the hookah only at the very beginning, as soon as they brought the hookah (the same attitude of other hookahs was a month ago, and 2 months ago, this is already a pattern of the campaign).
At the end of the evening, the bill was brought, we, under the condition of "cola", did not go into much detail about the bill, paid and dispersed. By some miracle, I also took a picture of the receipt, on the trail.the day was discovered - an extra 60 rubles in the receipt. It seems to have been sorted out, Nuaule wrote, apologized in the cart, a friend arrived on the same day and took them away (they did not apologize to a friend during an offline meeting, by the way, there was no question of any bonuses, especially).
In general, it is not the first time that I have had a very vague feeling of visiting your institution. The interior may once have been cool, but it is no longer the first freshness. Canteen service is sometimes better. The prices are high. For a hookah with the weakest strength of what they have, they counted almost 40 rubles, and this, the absent service deigned to come up only once to change the coals in an hour!!! In places where they do this for 15-25 rubles about every 15 minutes, they are suitable only for hookah.... The kitchen is not bad, but for 30p a burger.... With this kind of service. More precisely, in its absence, the price seems inappropriate... Calling a waiter, hookah man, etc. is a whole story. There is a PC with 3 buttons for this... But it's no use, you need to wait 5-10 minutes....
In general, I don't set foot there anymore.
