I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this company for making small but sturdy sofas for my sons. The masters approached my requirements professionally, carefully and creatively. The products have already passed the test of time and force, given that before that any purchased furniture, in principle, could not withstand children's jumps and pranks and almost immediately something broke.
The furniture turned out to be not only beautiful and compact, but also functional. Children can easily lay out and fold sofas, there is a lot of free space in the room, there is a fairly large compartment for storing bedding. I especially want to say thank you for helping me choose an incredibly effective, but practical material in every sense. I would like to thank Daria, the head of the workshop, Alexey, the technologist, and Alexander, the driver! I am very glad that I did not buy another "template" sofa, but chose an individual approach and the manufacture of furniture for myself and the planned interior. By the way, the guys are still engaged in re-fitting furniture. I highly recommend it!

I ordered the replacement of the sofa filler. How to arrive to sign a contract, even in an hour. We arrived the next day, took away and silence. The 10th working day arrives, it turns out that the manager does not distinguish between working and calendar days. I called the man with whom I signed a contract for 10 working days with the question where is the sofa, and he says well, everything is done, but you wanted to take the upholstery to wash, will you? (since we did it, the last day for the return of the goods, and they tell me you can take the upholstery)

If you want to spend your time, nerves and money and get something "crooked-oblique" out of your furniture, then you are definitely here. The only advantage of this company was that they quickly arrived for measurements and signed a contract, that's all.
Later, on the day of furniture removal, the deliverers cut off my phone with an ultimatum of their dissatisfaction with the fact that I ordered the removal for the evening, you see, it's inconvenient for them to go to me and they won't go at all. Well, they won't go, another company will go, no problem. We arrived at the time I indicated.
"All orders are delivered within the time specified in the contract" is written on the website obivka24.by . Not true. After all the deadlines (10 working days or 2 weeks), I started calling to find out for myself what was with my order, but no one was going to do it. They asked to postpone the deadline for another 3 days. And exactly on the day of delivery, the order was put into production, so they answered my calls that it was still in operation. In general, the company's policy is "to collect orders, and then come what may" If you do not insist, you will receive your furniture no one knows when.

According to the only contact number for communication, which is left on the website and in the contract, either "leave a voice message" or long beeps, no one picks up the phone. It turns out that a remote girl works there, who calls you back after a while, and against the background of street noise and din informs you that she will clarify the information on your question and call you back. Naturally, he does not call back. At first, for 4 hours she could not find out where my order was, then for 4 hours she could not tell me who and how would fix the curved and oblique assembly of the bed. She learned the phrase "I haven't received feedback and therefore I can't answer" somewhere and considers her job done. Dear manager, why do you need such an employee, what does she get paid for? It is me, as a client, who should receive "feedback" from her, the quarantine has long been completed, put her in production so that she is aware of what is happening there and can give adequate information.
On the day of the furniture return, there were calls from the pickers "we are far away and we will not go", it turned out that no one had read that there was another furniture return address in the contract. It turned out not far away, the answer was "the dispatcher wrote that to us." 2 hours of bed assembly, as a result of which the headboard, middle, and sides are joined with a visible 2 cm spread. To my question how can this be, the answer you had was this, it's good that the photo "Before" was saved in the phone, well, then all the questions to the production, they were in a hurry and did everything crookedly. I said that I would pay part of the amount only after eliminating this horror. If you decide to contact them, take photos and videos of your furniture, all corners, seams, and insides.
Then there was a team of pickers 2, we will also go, then we will not go, then today, then tomorrow. As a result, I'm waiting for them at home, and they arrived at the place of export, on the other side of the city (no one read the contract, the dispatcher and the collectors 1 did not say anything). We looked, and again the story about what you had was crooked, it was just foam rubber. And then who prevented you from putting foam rubber? In general, they drilled holes where they had not been before and somehow aligned the geometry.
I do not recommend this company to anyone, the market is full of firms and sole proprietors with a similar type of services, and the deadlines for completing orders are 2-3 days.
