We celebrated a birthday on Saturday. However, we were sitting on the veranda. But it was quite cozy and fun. There was good music playing inside, which didn't bother us at all to sing songs with a guitar. The cuisine is very decent: the dishes are varied and delicious. The service is at a good level. I am very disappointed with the service. We visited the institution with our family. We ordered 2 complex lunches for ourselves and pancakes for the child. As a result, they waited an unreasonably long period of time. While we were waiting, we were unwitting witnesses of how the customers who came later than us received orders earlier. For lunch: the cold soup did not like the fact that an egg was stupidly thrown into it, cut into two pieces (they did not even cut it into small pieces); the child was brought semi-finished pancakes (the question is, what were they waiting for so long?). Plus, unknown people were sent to us. There is a music speaker on the street, partially defective. The music is playing, to put it mildly, strange. The interior of the institution itself deserves praise, everything is decorated with taste. Just about here, the big question. Furniture located on the street is not cleaned (spiders and flies climb both on tables and in corners). As a result, we were completely shocked by what we saw. As a result, the place is beautiful, but everything else does not deserve to be fashionable to return to it.

The cafe already had 1-2 tables occupied. We ordered 4 Cloud cocktails, 4 salads with shrimp and pear, 4 hot ones, 2 French fries and 4 fruit drinks. 4 cocktails were immediately brought. The color of one did not match the others. Then they said that there were no shrimp, so we ordered a salad with tuna. The waitress didn't come for 30-40 minutes. Another waiter came up, asked how long we were waiting, I said that for some reason the cocktails were not the same color. The cocktails were sipped a little. He came and took all the cocktails. He brought others and said the cocktails were on the house. About 5 minutes later, the French fries arrived. The question is why, if there are no salads and hot. In fact, they still brought salads with shrimp. Morse from the packages. The desire to order something else has disappeared((
In fact, all 4 cocktails were included in the bill, then one was removed, it turned out that only 1 cocktail was at the expense of the institution. Morse for some reason at a price of 0.5 for 20 pieces))))

We were celebrating a birthday. In general, it's not bad, but starting to analyze everything, you realize how many disadvantages and shortcomings there are. First: it was a hot day, I don't know if the air conditioners were working, but it was very stuffy. Secondly, the menu was ordered in advance, the hot was supposed to be served an hour and a half after our arrival, but 1.5 hours and 2 hours passed, we danced, and when asked about the hot, we were told that we had to wait 45 minutes, they say we have a banquet, and we were passing by like that. I will say more, the hall was empty, a small wedding on Thursday and we. And if there were more guests, would you not have waited for the hot one at all? And the third thing: the birthday girl brought a cake, which was then served to us completely in store packaging, not very restaurant-style, at least they brought a knife and spoons.

We celebrated holidays in this institution several times. The establishment and staff have a lot of joints. The service is frankly bad.
The first time, the waiter knocked over a vase, poured water into the salad and was not going to change the dish until we told him. The food was all too salty. The same waiter soaked in stupid and obscene jokes about the fact that he would undress (why this information?).
The second time they persistently asked what time to bring the hot stuff, and they brought it 40 minutes later. The same mannered waiter served, fortunately without jokes.
You need to remind them to bring drinks or some dishes that have already been ordered for the banquet.
The food was already tastier this time.
By the way, there were no squid for one salad, so the staff decided to make another salad themselves, without calling or asking us when we arrived))
After 19 o'clock, they turn on loud music and sing karaoke. It was noisy, you couldn't sit and chat. There are breaks between sets (the music is quieter, but still noisy). Then another set of loud music. And although no one went out to dance and sing karaoke, they don't make the music quieter.
Because of the long wait for the hot and the noise, we wanted to leave, but the barbecue was still being prepared. They asked me to put the kebab in a container with myself. As a result, half of the barbecue is raw red meat. And so it will do, the customers are already leaving)

We celebrated my husband's anniversary in June. The kitchen is delicious, I can't say anything. But.... the floor in the banquet hall was not cleaned after the previous guests. They cleaned in front of us when we asked them to do it. The dishes and glasses are all in disarray. The dishes were brought with a delay, i.e. we had to sit at half-empty tables. There was not a single salad of the 3 ordered, bruschetta and tortillas... one salad was not brought at all, they said something was spoiled, the hot one was brought 1.5 hours later than the agreed time. In general, the service spoiled the whole impression of the cafe.

Отмечали свадьбу в семейном кругу) Обслуживание отличное, блюда вкусные, порции большие. По качеству еды замечаний нет. Замечательные доброжелательные официанты. Отдельная благодарность официанту Николаю, который весь вечер беспокоился о нас. Живая музыка, танцевальная программа. Максимально комфортные условия. Из минусов администратор девушка. Было ощущение, что мы ей сделали что-то плохое)
Но в любом случае впечатления самые лучшие. Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

Я бы хотел поделиться своим исключительно позитивным впечатлением о посещении кафе "Облако" в Могилёве. Данный ресторан, находящийся между жилым массивом и лесопарком бар и кафе является идеальным местом для проведения любого увеселительного мероприятия, начиная от рабочего корпоратива, семейного праздника и заканчивая дискотекой по случаю встречи со старыми друзьями. Действительно, красивые девушки и солидные джентльмены создают соответствующую атмосферу праздника и уюта.
Кафе "Облако" приятно порадовало меня своим качественным марочным алкоголем, включая элитный виски-ассортимент и выбор коньяков, что было представлено по довольно доступным ценам. Еда и закуски, приготовленные шеф-поваром, действительно вкусные и соответствуют стандартам от слова "Очень Хорошо!", а вежливые и внимательные официанты надолго оставили меня под приятным впечатлением своим ненавязчивым вниманием и профессионализмом.
Администратор кафе "Облако" оказался адекватным человеком, и просто тактичным в общении с клиентами. Кстати, кому нужна шаговая доступность и инфраструктура - you are welcome, дамы и господа, - оцените удобство расположения заведения – лес и торговый центр находятся поблизости. В летний час и охладиться впрок, а в холодный - прогулка будет в самый раз.
Закрытие заведения в 23 часа оказалось ещё одним плюсом, но никто не выгоняет, можно сидеть, есть, пить и душевно беседовать.
Так как рядом банк - периодически проезжает вооруженная охрана, что создает чувство безопасности в кафе, по крайней мере, не было ни одной потасовки.
Обязательная культурная программа и живая музыка зажигают гостей и порой весь танцпол был занят.
И в заключение, я хотел бы сказать, что кафе "Облако" действительно очень понравилось мне и я рекомендую его всем желающим провести время в уютной и позитивной атмосфере. На улице есть множество столиков в тени, озеро и прогулка после вечернего отдыха – это место, где можно по-настоящему расслабиться и получить удовольствие от приятного времяпрепровождения!

Посещение было запоминающимся. Интересный интерьер. Расположение столиков, даёт возможность отдохнуть и вдвоём и компанией. Есть караоке. Сотрудники молодые и очень приятные ребята. Меню разнообразное, по цене приемлемо. От остановки недалеко, но вместе с тем есть возможность отдохнуть на уютной террасе.

Заведение новое.
Есть своя парковка, правда необозначенная.
Интерьер хороший, организация пространства удобная для приема большого количества гостей.
Персонал приветливый.
Меню заведения классическое, наполнено достаточным выбором блюд.
Расстраивает небольшой выбор безалкогольных напитков.
Хотелось бы, чтобы в меню появилось безалкогольное пиво, хотя бы в одном наименовании
Само меню не очень удобное.
Официанты в нем ориентируются не сильно хорошо.
Про кальяны, так бы и не узнали, если бы не просмотрели инстаграм заведения.
Было бы неплохо, если бы они были включены в меню или выделены отдельным образом.
Перспективное заведение, буду надеяться на его непременное развитие

The receptionist confirmed the reservation on Instagram and then called back to the phone number we left a few hours before booking. We are doubly upset with the service, because we were going to celebrate a birthday there. The kitchen is 4 points out of 5, cold appetizers and Caesar salad with chicken - delicious and decorated well.Hot pork in French - no one liked it (((In general, there is a very small selection of hot dishes.The interior is pleasant, it is not clear why the dance floor crosses the road to the kitchen, poor waiters are forced to maneuver between not quite sober dancing people.Very loud music after 20.00, it is not possible to hear even a person sitting next to you.Stuffy, open windows and doors did not help.
And the main DISADVANTAGE is karaoke😵💫This is a complete disappointment, the music sounds much louder than the microphone, the voice is not heard.

Отмечали юбилей друга в отдельной нише,интерьер красивый,официанты внимательные и услужливые,кухня вкусная,живая музыка,караоке.Заказывали кальяны 2 и 1 в подарок,самый вкусный и дымный кальян которые пробовала в Могилеве,спасибо кальянщику Александру все на высшем уровне!В целом впечатление очень хорошее,есть небольшие минусы (не предупредили, что караоке даже при заказе банкетного меню одна песня 5р,немного душно было в помещении даже с кондиционером) ,но плюсов намного больше,рассказали ,что скоро будет гриль и новые блюда с удовольствием придем ещё раз!!!

In the kitchen as a whole, 3 out of 5 salads, OK, eggplants are too damp for hot, there are questions, something is not salty, something is not brought to readiness.
Waiters in general, there are no questions for them, just young students, while without experience, well done tried to settle the points.
Regarding the room itself, OK, but it is possible to be at a table only under a degree, because without drinking noble ale you will freeze, if I go to this place again, then probably not).

Первый раз посетили кафе в июне,принесли салат цезарь без заправки,два салата несли в разницу пол часа,на что мы отказались от второго салата,бармен приятный молодой человек сгладил этот вопрос и мы не писали жалобу на кухню,после в июле по положительным отзывам и рекламе в инстаграм решили придти ещё раз,объяснили ситуацию официанту,на что она сказала повора поменялись,мы заказали карпачо,оно было очень красивым,вкусным и свежим,решили в следующий раз придти с мужьями,в субботу мы посетили снова это заведение ,официанты внимательные приветливые,но кухня оставляет желать лучшего,блюда не украшены сейчас лето зелень не так дорого купить или даже принести из дома,горячее было вкусным,но холодный стол возмутил,баклажаны лежали в жиру,(даже домохозяйка знает,после жарке,нужно класть на бумажное полотенце,блины с сёмгой сладкие,сочетание не вкусное с солёной рыбой,карпачо очень отличалось,с качерыжками айсберга(но свежее),место красивое очень,модно,стильно молодёжно,хотелось бы пожелать процветания,из банкетного зала выходили люди вытерали рты и бросали салфетки в цветок возле бара,(видимо им всё было вкусно)если вы делаете рекламу красивых и вкусныз блюд ,держите уровень,подача салатов(индивидуальных) 2 вида отличались в пол часа,горячее задержали,на час,ответ был -у нас много горячего,Вам совет берите дополнительного повара на выходные дни и перед подачей администратор контралируйте выход блюд! Еда вкусная, готовят быстро, персонал вежливый и учитывает ваши пожелания, с пятницу по субботу живая музыка, если прохладно выдают пледики,но есть нюансы нет цен на разбитую посуду, и вазоны с декоративными цветами стоят прямо за вешалкой ( нам это обошлось в 20 рублей), цены за вазон и рюмку были озвучены устно. Это не понравилось. А так заведение рекомендую.

Хорошее заведение. Играла замечательная группа. Была очень хорошая и веселая музыка. Еда была вкусная, порции такие что прям можно хорошо так наесться. Цены доступные. Есть что подправить, но думаю со временем это придет( стулья за столиками посередине портят все общее впечатление, работа официантов конечно пока немного хромает). В целом вечер провели замечательно.
