The building is historic, there are massive steps inside, concerts have been held in the Philharmonic hall. This is not a new Atameken, it's different, magical, when you sit downstairs, and the singer's voice comes from above, and no one is on stage at this time, and you manage to feel the voice, the song that spreads through the hall, and excites. This is the Philharmonic hall. I was in the library when I was a student. Many, many memories! I wanted to go. I'll come by one of these days!
