I was here in July 2024.
A small observation deck is located on the roof of the hotel Belarus. Parking is available. Every half hour there is a lift in the panoramic elevator. There are beautiful views of the city above. I think there are special beauties in the evening. There is a small photo zone. It took me about ten minutes.

I really liked the observation deck, we were in sunny weather, Minsk is very beautiful and green! They take a separate elevator to the observation room, every half hour (00 and 30 minutes), the cost is 7.5 bel rubles per person, to be paid at the hotel reception, the time spent on the observation deck is 25 minutes). I was very surprised that there is garbage there, ice cream wrappers, chips, etc. are lying around, really it is impossible to remove?!
