At the beginning of June, I handed over my laptop for repair, it did not turn on. It was done in 2 weeks, I paid 50 rubles. They said that there were problems with the bios (they do not give certificates, they only give a check, they only accept cash).
When I checked it, I found that 2 disks were missing (it was not displayed in Windows (there were 2 physical disks in the laptop)). I returned the laptop to them ((10 days have passed, of which 4 days off, the company's work schedule is not very convenient (from 8.00 to 17.00) I could not bring it earlier). From a conversation with the master, it turned out that 2 disks were missing, they said they would contact the master who repaired the laptop (the master went on vacation). They could not contact the master, they had to wait 2 weeks for the master to come out of vacation.
The master went out. They called. They said they would look at it and disappeared again for a week. I had to call myself again.
Initially, they said that everything was ready. When asked if they found the disk, they handed the phone to the master. When communicating with the master, it turned out that they just split my disk into 2 logical disks and that's it. Upon further communication, they said that there had never been 2 disks, and in general it was their own fault that they did not say that you had 2 disks there.
I do not recommend contacting them, it is better to find some other company. In this one, they don't want to communicate with you and if something happens, they will make you extreme yourself. It's a shame for the missing files that were important to me.

Обслуживание отвратительное. Отнесла принтер в ремонт сказали одну стоимость, спросили заправлять ли краску, я ответила чёткое НЕТ. По факту в принтер заправили без предводительного согласования со мной, стоимость изменилась с 45 до 100 BYN. Извините конечно, но это больше чем в два раза, о таком стоило бы позвонить и предупредить. Кстати говоря, о том что принтер готов, тоже не звонили, пришлось звонить спрашивать самой. И ещё огромный минус, что нет оплаты картой(об этом кстати даже не предупредили заранее), для такой организации это просто не солидно, не в ларёк на рынке пришла. Отправили в ближайший банкомат на Фортах. Плюс женщины, которые обслуживают, такое чувство, что не понимают вообще ничего и не могут ничего объяснить. Гарантии работы и акта выполненных работ тоже не дали, кроме чека.
