It's like a monument "named after the architect who designed it."

Excellent business center. I took the international English language exam - IELTS here.
The center is clean, the toilets are cleaned and clean. The security is correct. There is a cafe where you can have a coffee or a light snack. The air conditioning is coping and the building is not stuffy. There is a small parking lot and bus stops nearby.
