It was one of the worst dinners I've ever had. I ordered a doner for their "1+1" promotion, expecting to receive two, but they only brought one. I contacted the support team and they responded after 50 minutes, but did not offer any help or solution. No apologies, no replacements, nothing.
On top of that, the restaurant itself is a disaster. The waiters are incredibly slow, as if they are deliberately stalling, and the interior is simply terrible. It is dull, outdated and completely depressingly dull. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money by going to a place where they really care about quality and customer service.

Super establishment... Sushi is very tasty, they seem to have a million orders, taxi drivers are circling the pebbles around the clock, there is a huge selection of Sets, etc. The waiting time is 10 minutes and everything is ready... very fast, tasty, high-quality. The pizza needs to be tightened (a little weak, maybe I'm too picky).

The branch at Temirkazyk 65 is unremarkable from the outside, but quite cozy inside. The only thing that was a little annoying was the children's screams in the children's area, but the children are high, and the parents are calm. I liked the kitchen.
