We ordered a door from this "super responsible" company. It was delivered and installed on time, there are no questions here. At first, everything was fine, namely 5-6 months, and then the door began to sag, we turned to these "responsible" employees, since under the contract the door has been under warranty for two years, we contacted verbally by phone, but there are apparently ladies who have only been taught to hang up when they hear about the pressure, then they wrote in writing , but we agreed on that, just not on the phone 🫣
It's been going on for about six months, you've lost your nerve, you don't want to be nice......
There's only one thing left....to resolve this issue in court, in accordance with the law on consumer rights, with all the "standards " and non-standards.
And of course , I do not recommend this "horns and hooves" company to anyone , if you do not want a piggy attitude after you transfer 💸 into their hands for their "high - quality products"

Before that, I tried to call, find out information, I was blacklisted! I had to look for another number and sort things out, because I made an advance payment, I can't return the money according to their contract and I can't refuse their services either - the money is not returned. The contract was drawn up only in favor of IP Shakhov. I'm shocked! I did not read the reviews before concluding the contract, because this is the first time I have encountered such lawlessness in Belarus.

I do not advise anyone terribly to contact, I am waiting for the windows for 3 months, they were not delivered on time, they brought the wrong size, then they called and said the windows were sold, wait 1.5 weeks we will make new ones, they sent a claim there is no answer.... The company is deceitful, no one should go there.... Otherwise, you will get a loss, wasted nerves, and a good sediment.....

According to the contract, they said they would install it within weeks, they arrived ahead of schedule, which pleased us very much, they installed it in one day, everything is clean and tidy. We agreed on the arrival of the measurer. My husband already communicated with the measurer, he also took his word for it and signed the contract without looking. The amount was called much larger than the manager's girlfriend had voiced, but my husband decided that I had not accurately listed everything we wanted. I gave part of the money as a deposit. They promised that everything would be ready in 3, maximum 4 weeks. When we read the contract and began to read reviews about this office on the Internet, we realized that we were being frankly fooled. We are preparing documents with my husband for contacting the investigator. To treat a case as a fraud, several appeals are necessary. I would like not only to get my money back, but also to prevent such a situation in the future!

1. The gray scheme of attracting customers. We called another company, but we came from Okd.by . We found out that we signed a contract with this company only after making an advance payment, an SMS came from Okd.by .
2. They called the amount at +/- 850r, in fact 1124r.
3. They said one deadline, according to the contract 60 working days. We arrived 10 days before the end of the contract period and put up a window. Due to the error of the measurer, the window was installed so that the battery closed the door and we lost access to the balcony.
3. The manager fed us breakfast, sent us to the service center, where we could not get through for two weeks. For two months we couldn't get on the balcony because of this desk. We arrived only after the claim.
4. The Company violates the law on consumer protection, their contractual penalty is illegal and infringes on consumer rights, according to the law such conditions are considered null and void.
The director, to put it mildly, is an ill-mannered type and does not know how to conduct business relations. We will communicate through the court about the penalty.

I live in another city now, so I immediately warned that my arrival should be coordinated in advance. However, the company's employees think differently. They called me a day before the proposed installation. I was on a business trip at the time and naturally couldn't come. Then I went to the hospital. And in fact, the frame has not yet been installed. According to the contract, a penalty of 1% per day is charged from the buyer for late payment, and 0.1% from the supplier. Carefully read the contract at the conclusion, or even better, look for a normal company.
