But, her costume was like the cheapest from Aliexpress, it spoiled the impression and the view of the photo.
There are no shoe covers for adults in the very center. The birthday boy was promised a 50% discount when ordering the holiday, but in fact it was not. A prerequisite for celebrating a birthday is ordering at a cafe. It would be fine if it wasn't frozen food, not the best option for children. You could only take fruit, water and cake with you. The staff is not particularly friendly, and the cafe seemed to be dissatisfied with our presence. Only the animator girls left a good impression. The birthday was a success for the children, but I would not go to celebrate the holiday at this center anymore and would not recommend it to anyone

But the show that the staff put on for adults is just something. At the entrance, we checked the packages for prohibited products, one of them is water! Any self-respecting institution has free coolers with water and cups, but forbidding children to bring water - what will happen next? Payment for the air that children breathe in the center? When the animator brought out the cake, the administrator, who had clearly got used to the role of Cerberus, stood and stared at our table for 20 minutes. Eating under the watchful eye of a supervisor is still a pleasure! While we were waiting for the guests, we ordered coffee with a friend at the bar, and sat on the couch in the play area. The girls served coffee in the play area. And immediately, the vigilant warden began to yell at them so that even other people's children became silent. It is forbidden to place an order in the game area, but it is necessary to make a remark to the staff not in the presence of customers, I could take them to the bar and make a remark there. The scream was like this, a little more and she would have taken out a whip so that the slaves would know their place. Of course, we apologized to the girls for causing them trouble, but this is definitely not what we would like to get for a lot of money for a children's holiday. We spent time in the Ocean several times. The cost is 17 rubles. We paid separately for bowling (by the way, I was buggy that I had to restart it). I ran out of shoe covers (((( And I was offered to go down to Fixprice and buy it myself. Of course, I went down, because I didn't really want to walk on a not very clean floor in socks. The Fixprice store sold shoe covers, but in the amount of 50 pieces! Why do I need so much? The question is, why didn't the administration of the center make sure that every visitor had the opportunity to wear shoe covers? 🤷♀️
What else I don't like is that the equipment is dirty. I don't know if any general cleaning is done this way. But for some reason it seems that it is not being done.
Among the advantages today, I liked the fact that an entertainment program was organized for children at 15.00 with the participation of a Snowman, Baba Yaga, Snow Maiden and Santa Claus. The children played outdoor games, solved riddles, danced around the Christmas tree (and before that it was traditionally lit). The production of a New Year's card by children was also organized, and then it all ended with a children's disco. The animators did well - they gave their best. Special thanks for that!
