I think it could be promoted and it would be interesting for the guests of Gomel to go there after the park. If it were open until late at night, it would be ok)) Although, those who want to visit this place inside the building cannot and will not start looking there, people work there, only on the territory you can take pictures and walk. It is beautiful, there are "green" statues, a lawn, a gazebo, a lake with water lilies. A historical place. To get to Korenevsky highway.
