But as a result, there is no compliance with contractual obligations, there are no estimates, there is no act of completed work, the work is not performed qualitatively. There is no response to the written statement and claim accepted by the consultant. The management does not control the work of its subordinates. Terrible quality, deception of customers, irresponsibility.
