Everything we tried was very tasty: the pilaf was stunningly juicy (we returned for it, liked it much more than in the pilaf center of Tashkent! 1 serving for two was enough for us), 5 lula-cab; but I liked dolma even more, bravo! Salads 5+. Salad with tongue is especially recommended. They serve quickly, tables in several halls. The dishes and furnishings are authentic. A great place for a tourist. The prices are adequate

- book in advance, although there are many places, but almost always everything is occupied
- if you want to try pilaf, then you can do it only before lunch. This dish is not served in this restaurant in the evening.
- be sure to try samsa. In our rating of this dish, she is named here, she took the honorable first place!

Great. I really liked the mutton. I've never eaten like this anywhere, apparently I had no luck with the chefs. The service is excellent. Great lady receptionist. She led everyone as a conductor of the orchestra. She managed to help with a very efficient waiter. With a full landing, everything is well done, both the kitchen and the hall. I highly recommend it

The restaurant is outwardly cozy and the location is not bad, but! The attitude towards customers is very controversial and we have not seen this during a week traveling to different cities of Uzbekistan. We came in after a long day, tired of walking, they told us that there were no places, but they would meet us halfway and put us upstairs with a beautiful view - so far everything is fine. But on the veranda they have a waiter, maybe the head waiter, a bald-haired middle-aged man, whose behavior was different from anything we had met before. Whatever dish we chose, the answer was that the choice was bad, that it was not worth taking either salad or chalop, because they did not put anything in it, when asked to bring lagman, there was an exclamation "this is pasta in the navy", but very persistently tried to convince us to take the most expensive dishes from the menu. In general, in two minutes of dialogue, he convinced us that the desire to get up and go out, to find a normal place is much higher than the desire to stay there. Actually, no one detained us. Therefore, I consider it unbiased to put a unit at least because of the location of the restaurant, but the overall impression is extremely negative, there is no desire to visit again and I would not advise anyone to go there.

Fast service, friendly staff. We ordered mutton kebab 5 pieces, 2 of them were fat, but the kebab itself is soft and juicy. I didn't like Manta rays, but I don't like them anywhere. We ordered a beef kebab with French fries, but it looks like meatballs more, the traditional soup is very tasty. In general, I recommend the place, it is very atmospheric.

Tourists: when traveling in Uzbekistan, be prepared, all prices for you will be × 2 , × 4. And if you think that you will not be deceived in a cafe or restaurant, do not flatter yourself. I was in Tashkent, I came to stay with relatives, we went to travel Samarkand-Bukhara. In Bukhara, the locals recommended visiting the Old Bhara restaurant, everything is beautiful and attracts with its good nature, but it was not there, since we are familiar with Uzbek cuisine, and we know what and how it is prepared, we ordered chuchvara, kazan kebab and dolma. The order was brought: chuchvara from purchased dumplings with a terrible broth taste, my husband was finishing this mess, the kebab cauldron is generally boiled and with boiled potatoes in a uniform! When asked to explain what it is and why the kebab cauldron is boiled, they said "That's how they cook it." The location and atmosphere are good, the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor is very conducive to relax in pleasant company. However, it did not work out to enjoy the kitchen. We thought, well, let's give the kitchen another chance.
We took a Shurpa - the broth is diluted with water. How could you ruin your kitchen like that? The main asset !!! The reviews say that the portions are huge, no! The portions are very modest! Compared to the places that we managed to visit!
They left hungry. I had to pay the entire amount for this kashmar. And for a snack: after we left in a disappointed mood, the waiter caught up with us and accused us of not paying the check! We returned, at the entrance the manager shouted to the waiter that everything was correct! We have paid in full! in short, we do not recommend it!

From the menu, everything that we chose was not available: "no one will light a barbecue because of one barbecue," despite the fact that others calmly brought and fried everything. We were also "advised" to take more expensive wine. And so in everything, everything is expensive in stock, the rest is just "noodles with minced meat" - on lagman. We were a family in July 2024 on the recommendation of the locals. A large beautiful restaurant, more for tourists. As soon as we entered, when choosing a table, we encountered the rudeness of the waiter ("what are you running for, sit down already!"), the service was long, we reminded ourselves several times; the food was mediocre; the portions were large - this is +; the view from the veranda is beautiful! The prices are quite reasonable. But I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Well, goodbye: too much in the bill! To which the waiter indifferently said: just subtract it from the amount and give less… There was no desire to return.

We were sitting on the veranda on the second floor. We liked everything and booked a table for lunch the next day to taste the famous Bukhara pilaf. And here's the minus - we came for lunch, and our table is occupied. We wanted to sit on the top, but all the tables were occupied there. It was very unpleasant, we went to another restaurant where we ate a very tasty pilaf.

I really wanted to get into this restaurant after reading the reviews and rating it. The day before the visit, we booked a table, asked for a table on the open veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the city. The next day we arrived at the time in a great mood. No one was happy for us, we were asked three times with a dissatisfied look if there was a reservation, and finally we were seated at the table. Although the table was on the open veranda on the 2nd floor, it was small and not on the side that we had requested the day before. When we ordered drinks, they came up to us and asked us to move to another place under the pretext of booking for others. We were transferred to an even smaller table in the most uncomfortable place. Further, our waiter did not understand Russian at all, could not answer any questions. Later it turned out that there was no wine we ordered, we were offered another one, two dishes on the menu were simply not available. But we saw the most unpleasant thing later. The French and locals came in without any armor. They were offered large tables that were, like, booked, with a view of the city, smiling and worried in front of them. Our story with the transfer was repeated before our eyes with another Russian-speaking couple. By the way, they refused to transfer for the sake of the French, even after the persuasion of the staff. We just concluded that Russians are not liked here, and that only large tourist groups are welcome here. The service in the restaurant is very poor, drinks are not refilled, dishes are not cleaned, food is brought chaotically, everything is hot and snacks. The food is not very tasty. Vaguri, for example, was frankly dry, the tomatoes in the salad were rubber, but soaked in basil, the pita bread was dry. In general, this restaurant is not cozy, not warm, not homely, but rather looks like a dining room for formal service of tourist groups and foreigners not from Russia. No restaurant in Khiva, Samarkand, and Bukhara itself has ever encountered such an indifferent and formal attitude!

The establishment was apparently designed to serve organized groups of tourists and they were not interested in feeding four people. We arrived at about five, at the entrance we were told that tourists were waiting for us from 8 and they could not accept us. At the same time, there were people in the institution and not many.
It is unclear and not very pleasant. I can't give you a good grade.
