We visited twice in the last 4 days and got two completely different experiences. For the first time we sat down on the veranda in the evening. The food is delicious, I really liked Shakarob. Excellent roast lamb. Despite the full load, the waiter worked quickly and everything that was needed appeared on the table, and what was not needed was taken away. We were satisfied. On the second visit, the veranda was closed, we sat down in the courtyard below. We ordered salads, samsa and mantas. We were warned to wait for manta rays for 30 minutes. Everything was submitted promptly. Except for manta rays. After 30 minutes, they began to clarify when they would be served. We did not receive a clear answer. An hour later, they began to swear. As a result, they were received after 1.5 hours, and they ended up with tough meat and cartilage...The mood was ruined. The waiter apologized only when we had already said everything we thought. What prevented me from immediately saying that there are no mantas, or after 30 minutes that they had forgotten about them and offered something else, I do not know. After that, the waiter did not approach us anymore. No one offered an exception to the bill or a "compliment". In general, the first visit is for 5, the second for 1. That's 3 points. The place is a tourist destination, the service depends very much on the waiter.

Upon arrival, we immediately went to this restaurant! I don't share the rave reviews. The portions are small, so that it is clear, the skewer is 3 small pieces of meat, the barbecue of vegetables is half potatoes, half tomatoes and peppers with burnt sides. The worst place for the whole trip to Uzbekistan.
They are very publicized, at the entrance there are photos of celebrities who visited this institution, apparently as one of the arguments for the price level.
The staff is running around you, while we were having dinner, all the staff of the institution tried to serve us. As they ran past, they looked interested, took the order and ran away. This is repeated 3,4,5 times.. some kind of quest. When ordering a second glass of beer, a bottle was brought to me and put on the table, after expressing my bewilderment, the waiter offered to top up the beer in my unfinished glass.. and only after the refusal did he bring a new clean one. The cherry on the cake was that we were given someone else's account, i.e. there is no control and understanding of what and who orders at all. The food quality is normal. So if you want to sit pleasantly, then you are not here.

I couldn't try the kitchen. We went in advance, booked a table for my wife's birthday, talked to the receptionist. We arrived at the appointed time, we were met by a rather gloomy man, who leafed through a magazine for a long time, after which he announced that our reservation was missing. When asked where the notebook where the girl wrote down the reservations, he said that this employee went out for one day and did not work at all. No alternative options were offered, and we were escorted off with the phrase: "we have nothing to talk about, get out of here." In general, the holiday was almost ruined, saved by Labi House. This is the only time we have encountered such service in Uzbekistan.

The waiter began to prove that this dish was from the menu, but then he looked at the order and left with this salad in the horizon. Without apologies and unnecessary words.
One of the dishes was not brought after an hour of waiting, but it was included in the bill. There was also confusion with orders at the neighboring tables.
I didn't like the food itself (Nothing to do with the flavor of Uzbekistan, and it's not worth talking about hospitality at all.
