Disappointed. Maybe because I lived in Uzbekistan for 1.5 years, I know the taste of good national cuisine well. The restaurant is overrated. Manta rays with tough meat and cartilage. I asked for Bukhara samsa with potatoes, the waiter said that I would have to wait 30-40 minutes. I agreed. Then he said that in this case you need to take either 2 or 4 :). Well, let it be 2. Then again, no. Apparently, the potatoes were not delivered. There is no compote, many dishes are 1kg. The shakarob salad was not bad, as rayhon asked, but it was kind of "tired", I don't know. In Uzbekistan, tomatoes are the most delicious thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was something wrong with the salad. The service is already included in the bill, so we ran, threw the dishes and ran on. Not "please, eat," nor "as you wish."
Whoever is a guest in Uzbekistan, of course, will be a novelty. In general, it is rather a tourist place, in terms of cuisine and atmosphere (and I'm not just talking about the interior!) it is average.
And we do not serve our guests in broken dishes.

I liked the restaurant. There is not much food on the menu, but it is delicious and, in principle, not much more expensive than in less popular restaurants
But the interior here is more atmospheric + located in the center of the historical part
The only point is that in the evening it is better to book a table in advance: there may not be any free ones. There are usually always places at lunch

The most delicious place in Bukhara.
Definitely the best pilaf and mutton.
I highly recommend it with my wife, we have been here more than once. I would also like to note that there is a large assortment of food and everything is local Cuisine.

The food is delicious, they bring it quickly. The waiters are in a hurry, but we didn't have high expectations when they would come.

Maybe a good restaurant that was unlucky.
We came for a late lunch an hour and a half before the break. We were sitting in a very cramped and stuffy room, we were not allowed on the second-floor terrace, and the tables in the courtyard were occupied. We waited for food for more than an hour, and when, after another question to the waiter, who was obviously not very happy with our questions, the manager came up to us and said that the kitchen was already closing. Nevertheless, the food was brought to us, but by the standards of Uzbekistan, the level and taste of the dishes was much lower than average. The cherry on the cake was coffee, which was brought with sour milk. In general, there are many restaurants in Bukhara that are much nicer than this one.
However, a month before that, a close friend visited this restaurant and was completely delighted with the dishes, the speed of service and the terrace. In general, either something has changed, or we were just unlucky.

The food in this place turned out to be too salty. Moreover, all the dishes we ordered were too salty. The waiter joked about the remark about this, referring to the young chef's infatuation. Three stars to this "restaurant" for the sense of humor and friendliness of the staff! The people working there are very friendly, but the cooks need to be changed by the owner of the establishment! Although nothing can spoil the impression of this beautiful city and its hospitable inhabitants!

We were sitting on the second floor on the veranda. It was beautiful, the lighting was doing its job.
We ordered a barbecue and carried it for a very long time. We'll leave them here. The meat was tough (beef).

I do not recommend it .
In addition to a good design, I did not like anything:
1. The waiters do not record the order, and therefore forget about what the visitors ordered.
2. The food tastes nothing special (I grew up in Uzbekistan and know the taste of perfectly prepared food), and some dishes are frankly not very good... To my subjective taste, only the vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumbers) was excellent.
3. I understand when there is no seasonal product (for example, fish), but so that there are no mantas at 13.00, the reason is: they ate everything... It is puzzling.
It's probably enough to give the grade I gave.

The food is good , I was sitting on the 2nd floor on the open veranda .it is picturesque and pleasant in good weather.The waiter was slow .Apparently tired.We came at lunch, the cue ball of people could not sit down.We returned in 30 minutes , there are plenty of empty seats .

Prices are too high for such a quality of food, long serving, indifferent staff who forget about orders.
We ordered Napoleon kebab (it is normal), Sultan salad (dry), mastava (barely warm, cooked for 35 minutes), chocolate fountain (dessert is normal). Of the teas, only black or green (they do not have a bar card, so the waiters say the prices out of their heads)
I won't come here a second time.
