Literally worst place I ever stayed at. The walls of the rooms are so thin I could hear guests in the neighboring room snore. The floor is all scratched. The smell in the room was awful, so awful I couldn’t sleep well. The ceiling had a leakage no one knew how to fix, so we had to move to other room. But the room was so cold we almost got frozen to death.

We stayed for 2 days together in a 3-bed hotel room.
Upon check-in, we were told that the room that was booked was not suitable for living, since the plumbing did not work and offered another only available room (with a small discount).
Finally:
There is mold on the entire wall in the room (see photo)
There are no windows (apparently this is a normal practice in Yerevan)
Two sockets, but hidden behind the backs of 2 beds, which have to be moved to get to the cherished outlet,
The room is terribly damp and stinks.
If you leave your clothes and towels in the bathroom, they get wet in 2 hours.
There is a window above the door to the patio, which has no curtain, so you sleep in a bright room on the floor
Mattresses are spring-loaded and uncomfortable
There were 2 beds in the room, but they made up only one double bed and gave us 1 blanket. We asked for 2 blankets, for the second guest. As a result, we were able to get a blanket only a day later, when 3 receptionists at the hotel changed.
We stayed there for the 2nd night simply because the flight was at night, and we spent as little time there as possible.
The receptionist did not respond to our complaints about the room.
On the Island, the score is above 9 points. It is unclear why.
I do not recommend it.

Poor and substandard repairs in the room: falling off the architraves, skirting boards, electrical wiring hanging everywhere, walls partially without wallpaper - just painted giprok. The room has a TV and air conditioning, but no night lighting. There is only one ceiling lamp. Some kind of underwear ... well-used. It's unpleasant to even pick up a bedspread - it's obviously not fresh. But that's not the worst of it. The worst part is that the room is very cold. The heater comes from the air conditioner, which is set to +30 and constantly makes noise. The bathroom doesn't fall off at all. A heated towel rail is installed, which does not work. In general, the temperature in the shower room is equal to the temperature outside. And if we add to this that all the towels provided were wet, then the hotel's "one star" rating will even be with a margin.

Avoid this "hotel"!!!
We booked this hotel with a friend for a week - I was bribed by the price and the photos on the booking. Upon arrival, it suddenly became clear that our room did not have its own shower - they offered to upgrade the category for a fee. But that's half the trouble - the first room we were shown was missing a bathroom floor - the receptionist explained that the renovation was not finished yet. The room smelled of sweat and mildew. The window that the receptionist promised us was there - but it led to the hotel's landing!! After a cursory inspection of this miracle, they asked to see a different number. At first glance, it seemed better, but after a while we found chips in the shower, a cast-off plunger and a bed that smelled of human excrement, suspicious stains were present on the linen. There were no towels in the room - upon request, they were brought in an hour and a half, all the towels were wet ... at night, the light was constantly shining from the "window" above the door (the window also led to the stairs), at three o'clock in the morning we had to urgently look for another hotel. We didn't take any chances and had to pay twice as much as we had originally planned in the budget. At the eviction, they didn't even apologize to us, saying "it happens", they demanded to pay for the night. The first impression of the city was completely ruined, there is a suspicion that the hotel is actively generating positive reviews (just look at the regularity of new positive reviews on travel aggregators and the countries from which they are being left).

We got to this hotel by accident, we were flying from Greece to Moscow in transit, but we were pleasantly surprised!!!!We were greeted by Asya, such a friendly and welcoming woman! We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in June. We are very pleased with the reception, the clean room and the proximity to the center. Violetta met us, explained everything, showed us. The only advantage is the convenient location in the center. Unreasonably expensive, walls are stripped, lamps are broken, shower/toilet/the washing machine is shared, although we promised that they would only be in our personal use. The room is very small and narrow, it looks like a storage room or a cellar. The door wouldn't lock because the lock was broken. The payment includes: two pairs of paper slippers that slip heavily in the shower (suitable for those who love figure skating and are not afraid to break their heads), a couple of pieces of soap, a toothbrush, a shampoo probe, which were given only on the third day, and towels. The convenience of living and the quality of service at the level of a cheap hostel, arrogant administrators. It is a pity that they blunted and did not look at the room before paying, the hotel was chosen in a hurry, the first one that came across. After checking out on the same day, we found another option where the service is much higher and the price is twice as cheap.

Very nice hotel! It so happened that I booked another hotel on the hotel booking website, and when I arrived, I was told that there were no places. I checked into Old Yerevan. And I didn't regret it at all. The room has everything you need, a good bed, bathroom, warmth. The staff is very friendly. I especially want to thank Violetta, she placed me quickly after the trouble with booking another hotel, settled me in a nice room, helped with all questions, a very responsive and kind person. If you are going to stay in Yerevan, I highly recommend it.

It is located right on the edge of the historical / tourist/ entertainment center and on the border with the Kond - the oldest, not demolished district of Yerevan, which has turned into a spontaneous and very interesting slum.Opposite, across the street, is one of the taverns of the delicious and relatively inexpensive Yerevan chain. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to everything delicious and interesting. On the corner of Mashtots Avenue with cheap berries from stalls, shops, cafes. With a price/proximity ratio, it is a very successful hotel. Wall-mounted air conditioners were installed in May instead of floor-mounted ones, there is an equipped kitchen and stocks of ground coffee for dzhezva. Administrators Sandra and Violetta solved all the issues! Very attentive girls. And they can also treat you to cognac and ice cream))) Cleaning and changing of towels on request at least every day.

As a result, he brought me to, it is difficult to name a room, something narrow and long resembles a corridor where the beds are one behind the other. And most importantly, there is no bathroom. And I booked a double room with a private bathroom. Then the employee began to assure me that I had booked just such a room. I began to open all their rooms at the booking office, where there was not a single room with a shared bathroom. The photo at the time of booking does not correspond to reality. Really, this is a small room without normal ventilation, with incredible visibility, like going to the toilet in another room.
We booked a suite for 3 adults. 2 rooms. The main room is about 4 meters across. The second room is a clean closet 2 by 4. A battered children's bed creaking with every movement, and a locker standing on its word of honor of the most terrible color.
Upon check-in, they asked to walk for an hour. Things can only be left in the lobby where no one is around for hours. The room is not ready for check-in time (14:00).
An hour later, they asked to cancel the reservation before checking in, which they regretted very much.

And considering that there are no windows in the room, the room is gloomy. The walls are a bit shabby, although the furniture is not bad. Summary: the stated price does not match. I advise you to avoid this place. A suite with a balcony was booked and the reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival, they waited for the administrator for 15-20 minutes, since there was no one there. We were told that our room was not available, we were asked to cancel the reservation and in that case we would be accommodated in the same room, but without a balcony. However, the difference in cost will not be refunded. Well, the reservation was canceled, we checked in. After 10-15 minutes, there is a knock on the door: sorry, you need to move to another room. This room turns out to be occupied too. But you need to move not to a room, but to an apartment in another place on the ground floor. Okay. We packed up and walked to another building. It turned out to be a small apartment on the ground floor of a building, opposite a store. It was decently cold, damp, and smelled unpleasant in this apartment. Neither visually nor in terms of content, this number did not correspond to the one paid for. But we didn't want to fight, so we decided to spend the night here. They left their things and went out to dinner. Upon arrival, they found cockroaches. They called and asked us to relocate: alas, there are no available rooms, they also refused to return the money. On the second call, we were told that we would be moved to another hotel. For a moment it was already one o'clock in the morning(!). Okay, we packed up, went to another hotel. We were promised that we would be provided with a room until the evening as an apology for all the inconveniences. And they will also check into the best room. And you know what? We were accommodated in our suite with a balcony. Well, thank you for what else I can say. We were moved all evening, and eventually settled in our room. BUT in another hotel, 20 minutes away. The location was completely inconvenient for us. Okay, check in. In the morning we went to clarify how long we could be given a room, we were ready to pay extra for half a day, since we had a bus only in the evening. There was a surprise waiting for us again, the room was only up to 12. They can't extend the room, because they have a full reservation! But it was just us and one other guest at the hotel. The most interesting thing is that we can extend the room with full payment. That is, there are no rooms, not at all, but if we pay for a full day, they will be there immediately.
In general, if you want to wander through all possible rooms and hotels after the road, share a room with cockroaches and listen to brazen lies, then you are clearly in this wonderful place!

I stayed at this hotel in early November 2022 for 4 nights.We settled on the second floor in a room with a balcony overlooking the inner lobby of the hotel.
The first night everything worked and it was warm.
In the morning, the heating and water were gone, I washed in the communal shower on the ground floor.
All the following days and nights there was no heating, but the water was hot.the room was not cleaned during the entire stay.

The room is in terrible condition, there is no one at the reception, the kitchen is unsanitary, there is no smell of hospitality. The room we were checked into was without a window (it was not indicated on the booking), the walls were mildewed, the shower was pouring in different directions, there was no lid on the toilet, there was no shampoo/gel, it was impossible to sleep on mattresses (the cheapest, the springs stick in), there was no mirror in the bathroom and a closet The bed linen and towels were stained with some kind of stains. Very poor sound insulation, at night we could not sleep until one o'clock in the morning, because they were talking very loudly in the kitchen on the 2nd floor (we lived on the 3rd floor), in the morning we woke up at 6, again because of the noise in the kitchen, stomping and slamming doors. It is not clear where the high rating comes from on the booking and in maps, either people are blind or they delete negative reviews.
