It's a pretty cozy place, but it's not always suitable with children, because there's a restaurant nearby where there are noisy events. Very hospitable and friendly staff, just like in all of Armenia.

Nice hotel. A cozy courtyard with a fountain.
Clear. We took a very spacious room with 3 beds. A good option for a small amount of money.
The interior is mixed, something inspired by the Stalinists, something similar to the early 2000s, while the hotel itself and the furniture are new.
To the supermarket, the center of the city of Abovyan, 15 minutes on foot. Yerevan is 30 minutes away by car.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, music can be heard until 11 pm.
We were looking for an option in the city of Abovyan and were satisfied.

Large rooms with high ceilings, a kitchen from the restaurant for an additional fee, of course, but the prices for these giant portions are more than adequate.
Towels, slippers, clean bed linen.
Everything is fine.
Special thanks to Anita, the manager of this complex, pleasant, sociable, always doing everything in time everywhere.
Beautiful territory, beautiful fountain, gazebos.
To Yerevan by taxi 2500-3000 drams — about 400-500 rubles . .
The cost of accommodation is 7,000-8,000 drams per day.
If you want to live in a quiet suburb, choose this hotel.

A normal hotel for your money, but the big minus for me is that guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms! Because of this, there is a peculiar smell! There are not enough repairs, old furniture and all the furniture is "tired".
