Part 1 Guys, stop pouring scorched reviews on the site for your masters. Well, do you really think that if all the masters have 5 stars, then your customers will be satisfied? I got a haircut at Tatiana's today. I hope She will take my review not as an insult, but as an incentive to develop in the barber case. I'm not going to talk about a haircut. I will tell you about the accompanying work of the master. The haircut time is 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is extremely long. During the haircut process, I had to endure a ton of small facial hair for 30 minutes! I was angry, but I was patient. After washing the hair, the hair remained on the face and in the ears. I'm still sitting with a bunch of facial hair and watching how I'm getting my hair done...After the client leaves you, he should not feel discomfort. Founder, teach your employees to bring not only money but also pleasure to customers!! Part 2 I left a review from part 1 on the Oldboy barbershop website, after which a girl called me and introduced herself as the Founder. The call was not for the purpose of finding out my discontents and smoothing them out, but more for the purpose of justifying myself, and as if to count them out. I was assured that the reviews on their site are not "burnt", everything is real, and then they deleted my real review.
