I bought a Savannah swing, after 3 months of summer operation, the seam of the awning broke, (metal construction hood) it is impossible to find in the Moscow region. I applied to the factory with a request to provide assistance (give the coordinates of the store, you can buy it, or just send it) . I wrote a letter to a certain Natalia, an OTC specialist, she wrote a bunch of questions: to send a check, a photo, etc. I did everything and sent them an email. And here's a miracle, a letter comes in response that the warranty is 6 months, they can't help in any way. The question is, why did I take pictures of all this and send them if I could immediately write a refusal..... no customer orientation., don't care about the client.I decided to call the factory: the managers do not take the tube, the head of the OTC Elena Vasilyevna apparently also does not consider it necessary to help in finding an awning, also does not call back, communicated with low-qualified personnel who do not solve anything… dear director, if the rating is more important, change the indifferent staff to a customer-oriented one!!!
