A good gym, small and cozy.There is order and cleanliness everywhere, there are no queues for simulators.The atmosphere in the hall is pleasant-the people are nice and calm , without teenagers .I work out personally with a trainer. The results are already there.Everything is fine.

I studied for 4 years, I left because of the move (The best coach is Tereshko Vasily Anatolyevich! For 4 years, I have not regretted that I went to this club and to this coach. The place is clean, neat, beautiful and large. Thanks for all these years!

I was at the Olympic Games for the first time on a stone slide in the gym. I recently moved here looking for something closer to home. I came to see the gym first, whether it suits me or not. The receptionist is a very nice girl (I think her name was Anna) I don't remember exactly. She showed me the gym and told me about the cost. In general, I liked everything. Close to home, clean, good gym with various exercise equipment. I think I will go and try training with a trainer in the future!

I signed up for group classes, I arrive at the appointed time. The administrator gives me a very strange look (I thought maybe I got the time wrong or something), and as a result, the answer is "the class was canceled." Naturally, I have a logical question, why is this not being warned. To which the administrator replies to me, "well, we warned everyone, but apparently they forgot you"))) well, great!) and then she adds, "well, you're probably on trial, yes, we called those who have a subscription, but you're on the list here, well, apparently we forgot about you." That was the end of our conversation, of course, I will not go to them for such "trial" trips anymore.

We go to the children's section of teikwando. We really like it. I was lucky with the coach, I found an approach. It is clear that the children are engaged. Convenient schedule, payment in any way. Parking is so-so- as lucky as you are, but there is always a place to drop / pick up a child. A bunch of adult destinations, different schedules - you can find them for every taste)

It's a very cool place to train. You can go to the gym. Engage in martial arts such as Taekwondo, Aikido or Wushu. Pilates or Aerobics are also useful. Prices don't bite!

I want to share my impressions about the organization of the Olympic Fitness sports complex, located at Nemanskaya 22.
I was faced with the indifference and unscrupulousness of the approach to the situation when, having paid for a subscription, but due to force majeure (our whole family came down with covid), we could not attend classes and lost money. Even when we showed extracts from the polyclinic's hospital card, we were not allowed to work out paid classes after the illness. The administrator assessed that all deadlines had expired and the subscription had "burned out". After all, it was not about a refund for services paid but not rendered, but about the opportunity to work out and get a portion of cheerfulness and health…If you want to lose both nerves and money, then go only to Olympic Fitness.

Very unpleasant impressions.
In March, I bought a subscription to zumba (morning, weekdays) and managed to leave only 2 classes out of 8. Then Olympic informed me that there would be no classes yet (I assumed that because of the coronavirus) and when something would be known, I would be informed. I asked twice in Viber if my classes would be saved - they answered yes. They didn't write me anything further, so I reminded them about myself once a month, asking when classes would start. And in June, I was told that the group had been disbanded (but I was not informed). I asked when I could get the money back, and they told me that the subscription was over. And they said that they offered classes online. Firstly, for some reason they offered me yoga, although I am not interested in anything except zumba, and secondly, I bought a gym membership, and online I could study at home in front of the TV for free. The money was never returned, they communicated with me terribly, all correspondence was saved. The attitude towards the client is not correct at all: they refused to return my money for a service that I did not receive. Do not contact them, so as not to spoil your mood and the impression of playing sports. I attach the screenshots of the correspondence, the money was not returned.

Despite the previous incidents, I continued to go to the club, however, with the current situation with the coronavirus, OLYMPIC showed itself in all its glory. They are literally forced to go to study, despite my decision to self-isolate, or the subscription simply disappears, because they provided the freeze from the master's shoulder only for a month and do not intend to extend it, despite the deterioration of affairs in the country. I have an unlimited subscription for six months and their main argument is that, they say, I bought it at a discount, and even took so many classes that now you can actually study for free! This is just the height of greed! We introduced online training, which is not convenient for me to practice, and there is no point - there are a lot of free videos on YouTube! In general, you can write for a long time, but the bottom line is that they cry how hard and difficult it is for them during such a period (although they refer to the fact that everything is officially fine in the country), but at the same time they don't care about those who bring them money!

The locker room is tiny, the halls are small, but a large number of people are enrolled in groups, which causes a lot of inconvenience in the classroom. Coaches are constantly being fired. Administrators are also constantly being fired, and even more incompetent and boorish come to take their places. They change the schedule as they want and do not consider it necessary to warn customers about it
