In general, the staff does not work badly, the cashiers serve quickly, there are no large queues, if there are large queues, and you have one or a couple of units of goods, you can pay at the information center. And these discount cards, is it something, I don't know if anyone managed to register? Personally, I struggled with registration 3 times and stopped doing it. The quality of the goods is average, and since this is one of the 3 construction hypermarkets in Mogilev, you have to visit.

I needed to buy a wallpaper remover, a sprayer and a rule. I found it on the website in my city, everything is available, you can come pick it up. I came to the store. 1. There is no liquid. More precisely, there is, but another one. Twice as expensive. Okay. I took the one that was ... 2. The rule on the site is for one price - the store is different. The difference is small, but nevertheless. There was another rule nearby that was a couple of kopecks more expensive than what I found on the site. I took it... 3. The sprayer. The price on the website is 8.86 rubles. with a discount of 6.62 rubles. Total 2.24. Excellent. I found it in the hall, though also at a price of 8.86. I thought that they would probably give a discount at the checkout. However, the check finally hit 8.86 ... Already at home, when I went to the site, I found that "The prices indicated on the site may differ from the prices in the store." The question is, then why are you putting them up there? The site is a complete mess: what is indicated as available is missing. And what is available does not match the prices on the site. As a result, instead of the planned 36.30 rubles, I spent 51.48 - 40% difference. The shop earns well... I would understand if these goods were not in the store, and they had to be delivered - then objectively there are no questions about the lack of a discount. But it's not like that. Why do you need a website where neither the availability nor the prices correspond to reality? ...

Good afternoon! I want to leave a not very good review about the Oma store in Mogilev. 06/16/2024, a Champion chainsaw was purchased in this store. On 06/23/2024, this product was brought back to the store with problems. The saw just wouldn't start and skipped gasoline. The saw was taken away from us for inspection without any problems. And after that, silence. We call the store more than once to find out what and how. No one can really answer. The girl replied that most likely the saw was sent to the service center on 07/02/2024 and it is not known further

У цэлым крама добрая. Кошты, вядома, вышэй, чым у прамых канкурэнтаў, але, за кошт акцый і скідак можна купіць і тут неабходнае. Асартымент шырокі і ёсць некаторыя віды лака-фарбавых і іншых тавараў, якіх няма ў іншых. Мэнэджары,на мой погляд, павінны быць больш ветлівымі і паваротлівымі. І яшчэ. Выдача тавараў, замоўленых у інтэрнэт-краму, вельмі доўгая! Вельмі! Горш не сустракаў. Ды і работніцы на выдачы не надзелены ўсмешкамі і добразычлівасцю.

The impression of the store is very depressing. Waiting for consultants is something out of the realm of fiction, even the buttons don't really help here. Regarding the procedure for making a purchase of goods, three people said completely different information. In the end, it was difficult to achieve where to go to register and pay, only through trial and error. It is strange that the employees themselves do not know what and how it works in the store where they work. Making FREE delivery took 40 minutes (because the product cost over 700 rubles.), which involved printing 3 sheets, signing and paying. I only paid separately for the service of loading and unloading goods from the car. On the day of delivery, upon arrival of an ordinary passenger car, a lady got out of it, opened the trunk and asked me the question: "How will you CARRY this?", a question also matured in my head: " And what should I carry if I paid for the service of unloading goods from the car?". And until now, I still did not understand what I paid for when making the delivery, if in the end I myself pulled out my goods. The responsibility of employees is simply at the "highest" level.  Or is it a way to make easy money? If builders or doctors worked with the same responsibility, then everyone would already be lying under the rubble and would wither from diseases. But even with such elementary duties, it turned out to be impossible to cope.
