Pickup is just terrible. I received an SMS "you can pick up from 9 to 22" I arrive and see the inscription: break until 14. At 14:10 after the waiting began to demand a complaint book, an employee appeared. Vacation for 3 people is almost half an hour. I will not suffer from pickup anymore. Let them drive it themselves.
