Disgusting service! We ordered tiles for the bathroom here 2 weeks ago, made a 100% prepayment, promised to deliver it on Saturday from 10 to 14 and call in half an hour. As a result, no one called, the tile was not delivered to us. I had to cancel the delivery and return the money! I do not recommend this store to anyone! P.S. I filled out the feedback form on the OM service on 6.07, an SMS notification came that they were sorting out the situation and would contact me soon. I wonder how the service works so well that no one has contacted me yet??? It's already 22.07 today.!!!

You can really find out the price tag, and faster - only on the scanner, which is not "good". Prices for something are lower, for something "pushed up to orbit". If the thickness of the wallet allows, you can take everything in one place. For those who are economical, look for options on the Internet.

Faced with an unpleasant situation when buying tiles in Oma. We stayed when choosing tiles at this store, we were drafted, helped to pick up, thank you for that. We were asked at the same time to pick up glue for the tile that we buy, but not the cheapest, but high-quality for the tile that we take. They also promised cheap delivery to Zhabinka. But the words are like a fairy tale. The final is only so-so, the delivery was counted 89 rubles. When the tile laying master came, it turned out that the glue was given unsuitable, basic, the tile on the wall would not even hold on to it. Thanks to the workers for sniffing 6 bags of typhoon glue. Tomorrow we will go to another store, I hope they won't deceive us there!

I bought a mini saw on the battery "Partizan" on 05.10.2023 in the store. I looked after the purchase the day before, the consultant helped me decide, explained everything clearly. Today, when buying, there was another consultant, who had to be searched for 10-15 minutes. At my request, the consultant checked the saw and the equipment, because I have not encountered such a technique yet, said that everything was fine and I paid for the purchase. Upon arrival home, when assembling the saw, I found that the button that protects against accidental activation does not perform its function. On the same day I came to the store and asked me to replace this saw with a similar one available on the shelf in the department. I note that I did not use the saw, I did not pour oil, I did not unpack the chain, there is no damage, the engine is in good condition, the receipt and warranty card are available. At the information center, the return specialist refused to change the goods or return the money, but said that I either pick up the goods with such a "petty" malfunction, or he issues a saw for sending to the service center and I will see it no earlier than in 1-2 months, and it is not a fact that they recognize the problem with the "warranty" button by chance." I decided to pick up the saw and first calmly figure it out, consult with Consumer Protection. And to the administration of the OMA store in Brest, I have a question: who is right and who is wrong in the light of the above? And if I send the saw to the service, then why will I need it in winter, when its characteristics require work in the plus temperature range?! And who is responsible for checking the quality of the goods you sell, at a price of almost 200 rubles, before handing it over to the buyer? Why do you keep such consultants at work who cannot see an external problem? I hope that the store administration will give me an answer to the questions raised in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and consumer rights. For me, 200 rubles is a significant amount, and I would like to believe that your store treats customers' hopes for buying quality goods from you with due responsibility. I put one star, and only for the good work of the department consultant who worked on 04.10.23.

I always buy something. Normal hyper. After the rearrangement, it is necessary to pass through narrow rows of plates to the main goods, but there is another entrance. Pricing sometimes defies logic - then there is a 50% discount on the site, and the old price is on the shelf, I ordered it - they brought it with a discount tomorrow and the same on the shelf. Then they fixed it - they removed the discount! Then the lawn mower was reduced from 500 to 300 rubles, well, to be like the competitors, then raised again to 500, but the competitors did not! For two months, people were grinning as they passed by. Now, finally, they have lowered it again! That's good. I would buy it, but summer is ending.. The staff is very friendly and very qualified - they know the assortment and its consumer characteristics perfectly, especially in plumbing and power tools. I recommend.

Prices on average are even lower than the Mainland for some items, but mostly the most mass-produced products are presented and in limited packaging. A convenient discount-bonus card, immediately with a good check you get a visible discount, and you do not save up-you burn out like your competitors. Perhaps the biggest problem of Om is that it is unrealistic to catch a consultant when a question arises! They are constantly absent, there are few of them or they run somewhere in the distance, you really have to run to catch them to ask-and then it turns out "I'm not from this department, try to run back and find another consultant!". The queue at the checkout is usually huge, there are few open cashiers and even a few people stretch for half an hour, so don't even expect to be served quickly.
