I'm calling the call center. Your call is in queue 1 . I'm waiting! After two minutes of waiting, I put my phone on the table and go about my business. They answered after ten !!!! Minutes of waiting (I remind you the call was the first in the queue!!! ) The operator "mumbled" apologized. I didn't find out anything about the case, where the order was, whether the product was in stock, etc. She promised to call me back and tell me where the order is (after finding out everything beforehand). Today 05 ,09 no one called.

I went to this store today, bought everything I needed, at the checkout I did not have time to take the change in my hands, as the saleswoman casually with disgust raked all my goods like garbage with her elbow and began to grab the goods of the next buyer, although no one canceled 1.5 meters, elementary seconds when it is possible to at least put money in a wallet, and put the goods in a bag. I came out in shock! Rudeness, disrespect, and this with an empty store!!!! It would be nice if there was a queue for a kilometer, so there are only two people!!!! I will never come to your store again, not alone. Overstocked yourself.

Instead of calling the operator, they sent an SMS saying that I should call them back. It is impossible to get through, you have to wait in a huge queue. I made an order on 31.05 - today 03.06, SO NO ONE EVEN CALLED BACK. How's that? It's NOT REAL to get through to yourself!!! After 45 minutes of waiting on the line, a completely incompetent person answered, mumbled something and transferred the call to the store on Borovaya. There, the same incompetent replied that he was solving everything now and hung up. Apparently there are so many customers that new ones are not needed. And if I had paid online.... I probably would have waited a year for a refund. If anything, the order number is 209947.

The online store from OMA is just one name. After making an order, it is unlikely that someone will call you back or give you feedback. You can make the call yourself... but you will not get an answer (when you called, I was the fourth in line, after 15 minutes of waiting I became the fifth). If you do not know how to work via the Internet, then it's better not to take it, do not spoil your reputation.
