I would like every incompetent employee to complete such a quest, including the organizers of such work in the person of the management. The order through the online store is confirmed, everything is in stock, the beginning is good. Delivery is in 2 days, because out of town. After that, the next day, they send SMS about the absence of some positions, apparently at the time of order confirmation they are not put in reserve, moreover, they do not offer an alternative, although they could have spent a minute of time. Okay, it's not exactly pleasant that you have to go to buy more, but not so critical. Further, on the day of delivery of the order, it simply does not arrive, moreover, the time of the delivery organizers is so appreciated that even a minute to spend it on calling back and reporting the problem cannot be spent, that's it, the quality of service. I'm calling a common number, no one can give a clear answer to the question why, everyone is conferring with each other, and you wait. As a result, they offer delivery in 2 days, i.e. after the weekend, when the work should already be completed.
Zero cannot be given for such work, although it cannot be called work.
I recommend everyone to think carefully before ordering something, but it's better to turn to others, the prices are all about the same.

On April 11, 2024, I made a purchase in an online store. Due to card restrictions, I had to place two orders: 848870 and 848666, both were paid online.
The goods were delivered on the agreed date and time, they were lifted to my floor. I was handed a bill of lading and dispersed. Neither the warranty for the goods nor the goods themselves were issued or unpacked in my presence.
Shortly after delivery, I called the call center to inform them that both ordered items were a hidden Maunfeld Crosby Rocky 60 hood (black glass) (product code: 2.278965) and the MAUNFELD EVI.453-BK hob (product code: 2.278612) — turned out to be of inadequate quality. I noticed that there were scuffs on the hood, and the polymer insert on the power regulator was deformed. In addition, instead of the MAUNFELD EVI.453-BK hob, they brought me the AVI453* model.
I repeatedly (11 times) repeated these facts to the operators, but they promised to call me back, but no one contacted me.
To date, on June 24, 2024, the goods I paid for and the goods of proper quality have not been delivered, I have not received feedback from the store.
