I had to work with this company for 10 years. The impressions are very negative. The company has picked up a bunch of orders - it can't handle it. What has been promised has not been fulfilled for years, functions that have already been paid for and implemented before fly off during updates, which leads to manual and constant database adjustments (this is just a nightmare!), corrections can not wait for months. Related reports in the program are out of sync. Programmers are trying to charge money for correcting their mistakes, as for developing a new feature. Optional is terrible, responsibility is not in sight!!!
