We sold a low-quality device (stabilizer ASN-2000), which damaged my device connected to it. He reported a breakdown 1 hour after the purchase, asked for a refund for the purchase - they refused. I handed it over to their service center - they concluded that the Stabilizer is fully functional, but it does not work for me. I asked again for a refund, because I don't need such a device, minus 15% of the cost - they refused again. 5 times think about whether it's worth contacting such an uncooperative company, where everything works, and the client is a fool and it's all his own fault.
