It was the second time we ordered glasses from this store. A large selection, courteous consultants, reasonable prices, fast production. The only thing that is unclear is the discount system. There are signs with 50% discounts on the windows, but the sellers don't say anything about it, they just tell you the amount for the product and that's it... Somehow I didn't ask about it myself, so I left thinking about whether I got a discount or not.

I love this optics. There is always a welcoming staff who helps you make a choice. The quality of the glasses is excellent. I took my first glasses 3 years ago and they survived so many falls on all possible surfaces that you might be surprised, but nothing happened to them, it didn't break or fall off. Even the big dog, who decided that this was her new toy, failed to harm them. It is also comfortable for the eyes even in very bright sun. I was very upset with this network!!!!!
I decided to order glasses from them, they picked up the frame well for me, they claimed that it was a very good frame. I wore glasses for 2-3 days and began to notice that the frame began to crack near the lenses a little from below and a couple of cracks from above. I decided that I need to go to the optics and figure it out, because it's not for three kopecks bought for a minute!!! In the salon, they started telling me these are just small scratches and they won't go any further and you can safely wear them, but I demanded that the frame be replaced!!!! They showed me two frames (the same ones), there are no scratches, but of course we'll see after the workshop!!! And of course, the sellers began to claim that this was the first time they faced such problems that there were no questions about this frame!!! They tried to accuse me that maybe I'm not wearing a case !!! Upset , the price is high, and the frame is 100% substandard. I will solve the issue after the repair, if the same questions arise again, I will demand a book of complaints and comments and I will raise money!!!!!!!!!

I bought my new glasses in this optics salon.
I specially chose a frame that is not cheap MAX.
We made the glasses quickly. I paid about 280 rubles for them. In general, I wore them and was very pleased with them, but unfortunately not for long. After 4 months, the rim swelled for a reason I don't understand. I wore them carefully, I didn't leave them near the heaters, but something happened. I took it off in the evening, and in the morning I already found defects. Also, in addition to the swelling, a micro-crack appeared.
After contacting this salon in Viber, he explained the situation and attached photos. The girl said that they would go to a meeting and change the frame for free - and so, a couple of days later, I was already writing my comment, in almost new glasses (frames). For which I am extremely grateful to this salon. I will recommend it to my friends. This approach is definitely worthy of 10 stars, for customer orientation, but you can only put 5 stars. Thanks!
Updating the review:
After a month of use, the lens was scratched, I wipe it only with a special cloth. Moreover, the scratch is like on plastic, not like on glass. The frame itself began to creak a little. I think these glasses are for a year and a half maximum, then you will need to buy new ones.
