One of the worst branches. The three of them came and ordered their new products from the Master in the Aggregators and their telegram bot is written without pickles, they added pickles and the hashbrown was as if someone had eaten it before us, when they ran over them, they began to show those. A map of another caesar roll dish and saying it's the same thing is this dish and there go cucumbers. The order was waited for 45 minutes until the moment of the scandal with the composition, although they changed the status to ready in 5 minutes, apparently the management monitors the status but not the process itself. Judging by how the courier from Tezkor waited for the order for more than an hour, I think we were not the only ones who were in expectations. The administrator does not understand a word of Russian. Pepsi arrived with a torn label as if from an ass. The same receptionist works in the kitchen without gloves. By calling their call center, which is indicated on the receipt, they passed the information to the branch manager. And we ended up hungry and angry because we didn't do the food properly for a long time and still lost more than one hour of our lives. I never recommend going there on a terribly spoiled evening.

I will try to give the arguments on which such an average assessment is based.
Firstly, if you are driving and only saw the sign of this institution while driving, I hasten to disappoint you. Their parking is non-standard. Either you have to be a very experienced driver who can reverse out of a narrow entrance, or you have to park the car away from the diner itself.
I only tried pita bread. I only got heartburn and a feeling of an unpleasant taste in my mouth, which is probably the fault of the sauce.
Of the advantages, I can only note the relative cleanliness of the hall (tables and seats) And it is possible that other positions of the dishes are tastier, so I will not underestimate the rating below average.

I came, ordered pita bread, (shawarma) I look at the cook does not itch, stands chatting, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, I wondered how long he would stand before he went to cook, so I stand silent. I was ordering takeaway, so I was standing at the transfer window. As a result, at the seventh minute, the cook went to the kitchen, pulled out a ready-made shawarma from somewhere and put it in the microwave. After that, I canceled the order, took the money and have not yet decided to eat there.

Because this is a relatively new institution, so far (at the time of writing the review on 05/25/2022) the guys are working smartly. I ordered pita bread to take away and I liked it, the meat is not greasy or lean, the sauce is not bitter.
There is one good plus that you can make your own preferences when ordering, for example, I do not like chips, mayonnaise and ketchup. And at the time of ordering, they accurately indicate everything by passing it to the kitchen. There has never been a time when they mistakenly added the wrong ingredient, as happens in many other establishments of this type, due to conveyor orders. Moreover, they never use ketchup - only their own sauce, pleasant and unobtrusive.
I give 4 stars, because in the telegram bot and on the website there is no possibility to choose the ingredients of the dish: without chips, without mayonnaise, etc.
There is no round-the-clock work.
