Advantages of the hotel:
- located within walking distance from the center;
- there is a parking lot next to the hotel;
- the rooms are quite new, not killed;
- there is an elevator;
- the room has everything you need, including bathrobes, safe, slippers, TV, air conditioning, minibar, hygiene kits.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- we did not take into account the wishes for an extra blanket. There is also a triple room, but at the same time towels, glasses - everything for two. The disease of most hotels;
- I don't like when something remains in the room from previous guests. In particular, a 2/3 used roll of toilet paper without providing a new one;
- weak sound insulation inside the rooms: you can't hear the street, but you can hear the neighbors perfectly;
- breakfast is not a buffet, it is served at the time you choose. They bring sliced cheese and sausage, fruits, muesli, cheap long-term yogurt, a choice of egg dish, tea bags, instant coffee;
- it is worth mentioning the breakfast service separately: bread, waffles and fruits were prepared for two, although there are three of us. The milk for the muesli was brought after everyone had eaten. Of the 3 egg dishes ordered, 2 were brought, the omelette was forgotten. There was an egg shell in one of the omelets with vegetables. The quality and taste of the fruits are poor. Flies fly everywhere and land on food. All the staff with dissatisfied faces: at the reception, at the restaurant.
Total: the hotel itself is not bad, but the service is below average. Guests are not welcome here. I do not recommend it for this price.

Lovely new hotel, near the center. Everything is clean and tidy. A good bathroom, there is a hygienic shower. The air conditioning works well and the controls are convenient. I was comfortable sleeping, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The staff is hospitable, the reception is caring, wishes and requests were fulfilled immediately. The breakfast was completely satisfying, it was served in the bistro next to the hotel. In the same bistro, you can eat very inexpensively and deliciously.

A perfect example of a great three-star hotel. Clean, modern interior, friendly receptionist, spacious enough, well-equipped rooms. The room has everything you need for a short stay: a large comfortable bed, blackout curtains, refrigerator, tea and coffee set (there was even cream for those who drink coffee with milk), etc. The best impressions remained. If we find ourselves in Gyumri again, we will choose the same hotel without hesitation.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. If you are looking for a place to stay in Gyumri, I highly recommend this facility. Everything is clean and tidy. The only thing with sound insulation on the door side is a small question, since all the neighbors can be heard when they come and go. But these are small things.

I liked everything very much, the only problem is the inability to pay with Russian cards, although in many locations such an opportunity exists. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are fresh, the communication with the staff is just great.
