The hotel is located in the old town. It's very convenient: you go out and find yourself in a fairy tale about a magic lamp. Bukhara is a small city, all the sights are within walking distance. There were days, we didn't go to breakfast, I can't say anything. There are cafes nearby. There are no problems to eat. We got dark rooms, some gloomy ones, but we have everything we need for living. The hotel is not new, it is small. Important! There is no toilet at the reception, so when they left and left their things (it was 4 hours before the train to Tashkent), children and women "ran" to the nearest cafe or to the staff room. Everyone was allowed in, but you have to ask. At the reception, a cooler with water was very useful in the heat. Overall, the location is great. It's okay to spend one night.

The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean - the fabric is not cheap, the bathroom is serviceable, the water flows smoothly, the repair is not old, towels are changed on demand any day, slippers, a wardrobe with a safe, a good hairdryer, air conditioning, wi-fi and oriental comfort. There were also disadvantages. The most important of them is: < installing an air freshener in bathrooms. The fact is that when the sewer is idle, the smell does not go. When you use water, it pushes air out of the pipes. When installing plumbing, competent specialists make sure that the air cannot leak back after the water leaves. The compromise is to supply good air fresheners. < Do not take cheap shampoos and hand soap. < !!! You need to hire a carpenter who will fix and eliminate ALL parts of the bed that make squeaks!!! it was very difficult to lie on the bed without moving, so that he would not make the sound that an old closet door usually makes. The photo shows a view from the window of one of the rooms - the problem is that the window was small and did not open for ventilation. Eliminate the shortcomings and for such a price you will not have a rebound from the client!!

The location is very good! Our journey to Bukhara began with an adventure. The transfer was poorly organized, it took a long time to contact the receiving party. Although we called on the phone the night before to clarify. On the way, they tried to increase the fare (we insisted on the old price). We ordered a transfer for fear that a taxi would not be able to go to the hotel in the old town. But my fears were in vain, I still had to walk from the taxi. (tip - if you have Internet, feel free to order a Yandex taxi. It works great.) And after the meeting of the representatives of the hotel, the most interesting thing began. We were told that there were NO places in our hotel (Golden Minaret), which was booked through Booking a month ago, but we could be offered a room in another hotel, while we urgently need to cancel the reservation at the Booking (this is most likely done in order not to pay a commission) and the Orom 3 hotel was persistently offered to us*, where we were immediately taken.
Among the advantages: the location in the historical center. And everything.
Of the disadvantages:
1. The absence of daytime (tulle) curtains (and for some reason only in our room), and with Windows facing a busy street, you feel like in an aquarium. The answer to the request to hang curtains was a nod of the head. The curtains were never hung.
2. By evening, the room began to smell like sewage. In addition, hot water disappeared in the shower after 9.30 pm.
3. There is no sound insulation.
4. Breakfast after 9.00 is meager (there is no choice from the word at all), but eggs can be fried and of course tea and instant coffee.
5. Upon arrival, as it turned out, bottled water is required. We found out about it on the evening of the second day before we left.
6. Very irresponsible employees work at the reception. We did not receive a normal answer to any question about the work of restaurants, museums and most importantly!! who needs registration cards from the hotel to be presented later when leaving the country, you need to take care in advance, because when leaving the hotel we did not find an employee and just left the room key at the counter and left.
