I would like to leave an appeal/complaint against IP Gorbunov A.S.
This urologist is not client-oriented, is rude to clients, overestimates himself and his vision on ordinary patients and is not a specialist in everything.
I called this center in advance to consult - as a result, I will not receive full information - since everyone was busy. I decided to come for a paid consultation and find out more about it. As a result, the doctor immediately said that you had called earlier and asked too many questions and I could refuse to provide my services to you at all. I did not understand this tone - since I paid the full price list and now came for a detailed consultation, like an ordinary client / patient - to whom everything should be explained and told what is being done and how (moreover, I came to discuss the operation).
As a result, they started discussing the operation further and he said either we are doing it now or I will not do this procedure at all! I was shocked by this, my right to choose was banally taken away from me …
But I needed this procedure faster and I thought I would agree, even with such an appeal. But then it got worse - the doctor said that I would explain everything to you once and I would not be disturbed anymore!
If you call or write to me, "I will block you," that's what he said. What if I had complications or additional questions? Who should I contact after the operation?
Naturally, I refused - and asked for a refund and a book of complaints and suggestions.
Since I was not consulted, they did nothing and were rude - to which they replied that it was impossible to make a refund and they simply did not have a book of complaints and suggestions.
And in the end, after this answer, I started to get indignant and they told me - the door is over there and don't come here anymore....
