I bought goods here last year and trusted a young consultant. I was hesitant about the choice, because I thought that I needed insoles specifically for heel spurs, but the consultant persuaded me to use other (expensive) insoles, and she answered in the affirmative to my questions about whether they would be suitable for heel pain. However, after using these insoles for several months, the pain did not subside at all. I went to the doctor and it turned out that I needed insoles for heel pain, which I originally wanted to buy. It's a shame that more than 70 rubles (the difference in the price of insoles) flew into nowhere. I thought the seller was really competent, but it turned out🤷🏼♀️

I wanted to buy new shoes, but my size was not there and I was offered shoes from another Ortmann company. When I walked around in it for a day, I realized that it did not suit me. My legs hurt a lot. I threw away a lot of money on unsuitable shoes for me. I was counting on the seller to pick the right shoes for my foot. There is no consultation. The seller doesn't care which shoes I take. I offered to bring me the shoes that I wear and that fit me. The answer was extremely surprising - they sell what is brought to them. In short, a salon of consumer shoes. It's probably not very important to keep customers.
