There is no heating, the room is very cold, there is an air conditioner, you need to turn it on, but it can't cope.
Accordingly, the bathroom is very cold, there is no air conditioning, THERE is NO HOT WATER, the owners do not write about this. For some reason there was no duvet cover, I had to go ask.
The room has dirty curtains, bedspreads, which, I'm sure, have never been washed, and the bathroom is also very dirty.
There is no wardrobe.
The dishes are also dirty, poorly washed.
Breakfast is normal.
There is no outlet near the bed.
Plus only the location, all the sights are within walking distance

We didn't like it, the price for 2 days is about $ 100, the room for 4 is small, the mattresses are already popping out, the bed linen is terrible, the breakfasts are monotonous, plus only the location. It's better to take a good room away, because a taxi in Khiva costs a penny.

Or we lived in another hotel with the same name, at this address. It has not been repaired for a long time, the bed is falling apart, the mattress is sticking together, tired plumbing in the toilet, the constant smell of sewage in the room. A meager, very sweet breakfast. Tea, plenty of coffee.
The only advantage, the center of the fortress museum.
During the whole trip to Uzbekistan, the most tired hotel.
It is better to live outside the fortress, you can take a Yandex taxi. It's not expensive.

The main advantage of this guesthouse is the location inside the old Khiva, right inside the fortress. All the sights are nearby, within walking distance. The guest house itself is cozy, the owners are friendly, they live there and rent rooms on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is included. The room we lived in was small, but with its own bathroom and smart TV. There is no table or closet. But there is a large communal table downstairs, and in the evening the hosts treat you to tea.

We lived for 5 nights. A very good place for your money. As you enter, stairs, carpets, fabrics with embroidered garnets on the walls, in general it is beautiful. The room is spacious, nice, except that the shower is not very presentable, but it fulfilled its function. The hosts are wonderful, delicious breakfast every morning. One day they cooked for themselves some kind of dish that is usually prepared in autumn, we were treated, it was delicious and very pleasant, for such attention. The location is super convenient, the Minaret is visible right from the window. And it takes literally two minutes to get to him.
