I visited this state institution in order to re-initiate enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony. I called the performer Bogdanovich beforehand. I was amazed at how rude and disrespectful we can still treat visitors. She received me with an extremely displeased look, showing in every possible way that she was being disturbed. To my reproach, why, during the preliminary call, she did not inform me that the mandatory item of the application was the details of the card account, she unceremoniously sent me to the bank for a certain statement, not even being able to clearly formulate what she needed. She simply stated that she did not have to explain anything to me at all, and in general, the issue of initiating proceedings may not be resolved positively. It's as if I, with a court decision in my hands, am a petitioner on this lady's doorstep. I was just in shock.This is not the way to talk to people in principle, especially to a person who is called upon to restore justice by virtue of his profession. I hope that these are just the personality traits of this employee, but, to be honest, the sediment remained very unpleasant.
