Well, you are not interested in the problems of ordinary people, well, you are busy with your other problems (how long can this last?) - create a people's self-regulating structure (People's Front) so that people can solve their own pressing issues without bothering you with their problems. But it's not clear what the hotline is for if you can't get through. And she has a schedule of up to 13 hours!
